They have signs for face coverings required but none of the staff was wearing them. Also a sign saying excuse our mess they are renovating but there’s no renovations going on. The smells that this place has is horrific and don’t dare walking in bare feet the carpets have never been replaced.

This place was filthy. The carpets were coming up from the floor and were stained everywhere. The sofa chair was stained. The floor in front of the vending machine was stained and sticky. The sinks clogged and didn’t drain. The paint was peeling off the walls. The place was so filthy from the moment we walked in to the reception area to the room to the hallways. Would never want to experience another night in such filth. This place should not even be open to guests!

I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel. Bed bugs were in my bed and when I reported it the front desk did not seem surprised at all. They offered to refund me but when it was discovered that I booked through Orbitz/Expedia they passed the buck. I sincerely hope Orbitz does the right thing and refunds me my money. I ended up paying nearly twice the rate at a local Holiday Inn.

They're undergoing renovations which is definitely needed so it's a plus however that should be posted wherever they're listed as the price charged dues not reflect the lack of cleanliness and amenities a guest has to endure

The property was near the airport with a shuttle, which is the convenience I needed. It was quiet, bed comfortable, very clean, and friendly staff. The only drawback is the property is in need of a major upgrade. The carpets are stained, floors well worn, permanent scuffs and stains in tub and floor. For a Wyndham property, I expected it to be in better repair.

Apparently, they are just starting a very much needed renovation. Frayed and worn out carpet everywhere, tub didnt drain and felt like you were going to fall tgru to floor below, dingy hotel. I would give it a 2.0 rating. I stsyed here 6 yesrs ago and it was fine, a 3.5. It wasnt up to LaQuinta standards.

disgusting, dirty, carpet was worn out, room was not clean, carpet was disgustingly dirty. Had two night stay and cancelled after 1 hr in the hotel and rented another hotel. place is a dump for the fee that was charged. This hotel should be condemned

It was a Bed and a Shower, that's all it really needed to be.

Under remodel, ok not a problem... but, carpets dirty and coming up. Towels bu sink and in bathroom wereUSED, not freash. Drain in tub broken and did not work.

The price was good but it wasn't very clean. It is under renovation but that doesn't excuse the room not being clean.

TV didn’t work, toilet seat not attached properly, lobby in disrepair, front desk staff indifferent.

The exterior of the Hotel is under Renovation but the Interior is in desperate need of a facelift. I took Pics of the Property for which I will send directly to Whydham. The property is privately owned and no ones seems to care as this is my second bad experience with Wyndham so I’m done this organization. The Carpets ate filthy! Because of COVID, I carry Lysol and Wipes. Even the Counter Tops and Phone (in the Room) appeared to not have been wiped down and we’re dirty. I took my Clothes off to take a Shower to only find NO Towels in the Bathroom. I kept my composure as best I could and went down to get clean Towels. I chose the Property based on rate as I’m a frequent traveler but it stands true that “You Get What You Pay For”. If you choose to stay there you’ve been warned! The property was in the process of being remodeled so it was shabby looking on the outside yet clean on the inside.

Property was old and smelled like an ash tray. Construction on the property started early morning on a Saturday and woke up the room.

When we arrived the hotel was under major construction, the room was filthy with human hair and urine on bathroom floor. We left without staying and was issued free cancellation
