I liked that this property had complimentary alcoholic beverages even though i dont drinks.

Hotel was great. We had a corner suite which was very spacious. Bed was comfortable, room had a small refrigerator and a microwave. Breakfast was good and probably will be better once Covid restrictions are lightened. Happy hour was an unexpected, but appreciated surprise too! Parking garage was convenient. You could come in and out for $28 per day. There is a lot to do within walking distance; mall, restaurants, stadium, etc. My only complaint was that when we went to check in around 9:30pm on Thursday, there was only one person working the front desk. Hotel was very busy bc of HS state wrestling tournament. There were 4 people in front of me, some had 7-8 rooms, so check in took over 25 minutes.

It's a great location and value for anyone participating in the NFL Combine.

Most floors seemed recently updated. Love the corner suite. Pillows were terrible. Please invest in a pillow that actually supports your head.

Had high expectations when I found this place maybe that’s why I felt let down when I arrived at the hotel? The parking is located adjacent and convenient however the elevators were nasty. The hotel entrance looked full and gloomy. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. Let’s be honest, it’s a very old building that’s been renovated. Elevator was accessible and fast. The room was spacious and clean but no complimentary water which is strange. Coffee maker was a joke. TV and furnitures were nice and clean . I was disappointed when I got a portable play yard when asked for a crib! Breakfast was good and check out process was smooth. Overall a decent hotel, probably 2.5 stars only coz the price doesn’t justify the stay. One more thing- the location is ideal so that’s a plus.

Everything was great except parking wasn't free...

It was great, so close to everything. They had great amenities.

I remain an enthusiastic Embassy Suites future resident despite this site fall short of the ES standard. We ended stay prematurely and opted for a suite at the Sheraton. I will now add Sheraton to our rotation of hotels for vacation and business travel.

Conveniently located Downton. Good access to shops, eateries and interstates.

Our room wasn’t ready when it was supposed to be, we had to wait 3+ hours past the point when it was supposed to be ready with 2 small children. When I asked for a discount on the room, they said they couldn’t do that because I booked through orbitz and not them

Indoor pool area needs serious attention! The rest of the hotel seems very nice and updated but the pool area was awful.

Very nice open concept nice views only downfalls were parking garage and the long waits for elevators
