Had a shuttle to Rueoff Music Center.

Friendly check-In staff. Shabby room. A half-eaten sandwich and a rotting strawberry was left in the mini fridge. Curtains all frayed. Sheets old and damaged. Was told there was no buffet breakfast due to Covid (?) then found out later there actually was a brown bag breakfast behind the counter, after we had gone and bought breakfast. Staff thought it funny there was a sandwich in the fridge. Key cards didn’t work. Just a crappy hotel that’s only redeeming feature is that it’s close to Ruoff.

Started out fine looking but bathroom was not clean then it was noisy all night. Did not sleep well. Had small bottle of water 4-8oz and small danish as bagged breakfast. Asked for 12pm checkout to try to get rest but then housekeeping kept vacuuming right at my door then opened the door then came back 5-10 mins later to knock on door again. Won’t stay there again.

Hotel was short on towels during our stay their were kids running up and down the hallways and slamming doors till 3-4 AM good location but I would never stay here again

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Nice rooms, pretty new or at least it looked new. Good price.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I wasn't pleased that they let very large trucks park in the lot. One night there were 3 trucks that took up 16 parking spaces. I was on a job from out of town and I was working until 3am. When I got back to the Hotel there were a couple of times that I had to park in the grass or squeeze into a place that wasn't really a parking spot.

Facility and service were good. Location is off the road. Parking lights were not on when we reached.

I thought i had booked an accessible room, but was told my reservation was not, they quickly corrected the room type, so that was great. However, the room was cold and there was no chair/ sofa typically found in a hotel room, I'm guessing to allow for the wheelchair, but it left no place to relax. "accessible" bathroom was only grab bars and we often need a shower hose, but we made do. Otherwise, it was great- affordable, hot breakfast, pool and fitness center had we chosen to use them.

The pool was nice and heated......Heather at the front desk was super nice to us also

Room was clean. Eating area and swim area had not been welll cleaned. There were food items for breakfast that they ran out of because they did not reorder. With a little little more attention to detail, and a little upgrading, would be a good hotel .

We are saddened by the response that you recieved as we do not accept this kind of treatment of our guests we are addressing these issues now and do hope that we can see you again so that we can redeem ourselves as we do know we are better than that.
