This hotel did not have a microwave or refrigerator. The rooms are extremely hard to find as they are not connected to the main building

Convenient location, clean rooms and courtous staff. However, the room provided was facing the busy highway, which was very loud throughout the entire evening.

I liked the room, it was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. i also liked the cleanliness of the hotel in general. However, i had a problem with the front office staff that worked the night shift, I felt he was not very accommodating. I arrived really late at night (approx 8pm) and I asked for a late check out. 99% of hotels allowed me to do that in the past, but this person did not. Instead he asked that I fill out a membership application in order to check out late. I did it, unwillingly, just because I wanted to be able to stay late. I disnt think that was fair but oh well whats done is done.

Central location to M. D. Anderson, stadium, shopping, and Great resturants. Front desk staff always attentive and friendly.

Upon arrival, was told pet fee was $75 not $50 as advertised on orbitz. The restaurant was open once while we were there for memorial day weekend and advertised a breakfast buffet that doesnt exist. The bar wasnt open at all during our stay. We were told it was slow. I spoke to a front desk woman and then twice to the hotel manager that only said sorry.

Room was EXTREMELY dated and dirty. The heater did NOT work and, despite calling the maintenance engineer to the room, the system continued to blow cold air and the thermometer didn't budge from 70 degrees. It was 55 degrees outside and no heat was forthcoming. I doubled up the blankets on my bed and made myself into a cocoon to just stay warm and go to sleep. Plus the room was old and decaying. There was even graffiti scribble into the bathroom ceiling. The hotel shouldn't be calling itself "Crown" or "Plaza."

Couldn’t wait to get out of that hotel. The sounds from the shower made the walls shake with loud banging. There was a drain in the ceiling from the room above into our shower-what the heck is that! The sounds from doors slamming and people walking down the hall was horrible. We were so happy to check out.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Elevator was borderline scary, we took the stairs. Booked a king bed, received a room with 2 doubles and hair in one of them.

A lot of our things were broken other than that we had an amazing time

The key system needs updating, everytime i left the room had to go to the front desk to get my key reprogrammed

Best hotel for gameday? Why would you stay anywhere else. Parking is free for hotel guests, but 30 dollars otherwise. Plowmans bar is great for after game!!

Close to NRG stadium. Shower could be cleaner. Rest of facility well kept for being an older hotel. I would stay there again.
