Chose the hotel as the lowest cost option with shuttle service to the airport. Equipment wasn’t well maintained, mattress was hard, and staff was a little dicey (sometimes very helpful and sometimes not at all). I was ok with all of that until checkout when I found out that the van for the airport shuttle was broken. They offered no support in calling a taxi. Very disappointing stay.

The hotels shuttle was broke down, so we paid $50 out of pocket for a lift to hotel and back to airport. Also, breakfast was disappointing.

The staff was really not friendly and many more.

This was an absolutely horrible experience. First we were picked up from the airport in a "free shuttle" which turned out to be a mini van, driven by a young man who was tailgating, and driving incredibly reckless. On our second night, we were awakened at 4am, by drunk teenagers screaming and banging on our door. We called to the front desk, and received no answer. The next morning when we made a complaint at the front desk, we were informed that staff was aware of the incident. When we asked to speak to management, we were informed that there was no management on premises during the weekend. We then asked why security wasn't present when there were several people making the same complaint, we were informed that the premises did not employee security, nor were there security cameras, despite the hotel advertising both. We were then informed by the young man, Angel, at the front desk that he "wasn't sure what we expected, since this isn't a four star hotel". Needless to say, we will be staying at different establishments in the future.

Place needs some remodeling. Looks dark and dated. Other hotels were doing pre packed breakfast. Not them. Pillows are too small. Hallway had old trash and bedsheets thrown in there for at least half a day.

Stay was nice. No complaints. Thanks. Notjing more to add.

Stinky rooms and mold growing in bathroom which could have been the reason for the smell.

I liked their breakfast area and food choices. The breakfast staff was nice and accommodating. They ran out of juice one morning and the lady was really friendly and refilled it right away. She also heard that the waffle in the waffle maker was beeping and put it on the plate and served it to the guest. I did NOT like the gentlemen that checked us in. His customer service was poor to say the least. It took him 40 minutes to get us checked in and we arrived at 11pm, so we were tired and traveling with our children. He said that his system wasnt matching with what showed on my end for the reservation? Very confusing. They also advertised that they have cribs and infant beds, which when we asked for on he said there was only ONE CRIB for the entire hotel and it was being used. We did not get our room cleaned, garbage taken out, beds were not made and towels were not replaced the entire stay. We had to ask for freah towels and fresh linens. Very disappointing. 1/2 star rating.

The hotel staff was friendly and very accommodating. There was a great variety of breakfast items to choose from. The room was clean and the hotel atmosphere was quiet. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I didnt like how long they took to get me from the airport other than that everything was good
