A lot of black people at nights with a very strong of marihuana, at the lobby, elevators and halls. Very unsafe specially at nights.

Poor customer service by the front desk

Compared to my last stay, I was happy the main elevator was working. Didnt like I didnt have a mini fridge in the room. Didnt like the pool wristbands. Didnt like the constant patrol of the security guard walking and watching while we were trying to enjoy the pool. Up and down the hallway and inside the pool area. We cancelled our other guess because we didnt want NO interaction with the rental cop.....

Anonymous, we are sorry you are not comfortable with your surroundings, and if you were to experience any type of smell, as we advise at check-in of our "no-smoking policy" including to report any that you may encounter, we ask that you do so, so that a member of our management team or security may address and ask "smoking" guest to leave. Policies are in place for a reason, and if not reported at the time of occurrence, we have no way of knowing it is happening. Rest assured we have the means to remove a "smoking" guests. As well, we welcome a diverse variety of guests and do not judge by color, race, or religion.
