Nice and clean and close to the hospital

This place was clean and quiet

Close proximity to hospitals

There is not enough parking for the facility. The "shuttle" was a private vehicle that was old, filthy, and barely stayed running at traffic lights. The pool was not open and looked green. I would not choose this location again.

This is an older hotel but I chose it because of its location to where my husband was having surgery. I also chose it because it had free parking. Room was nice but I was surprised by the small size of the bathroom but the shower was nice and I was also pleasantly surprised to find DirectTV instead of cable on the TV. Breakfast was great with a large variety of hot and fresh items. The lady at the front desk was nice and friendly and cheerful. Was also happy to see the local newspaper for free. Would come here again if need be.

The hotel itself is a little dated, but okay for an overnight stay. It's less than 2 miles from the zoo and moderately priced, which is primarily the reason for us selecting this hotel. HOWEVER, upon check in, the room we were given had a half empty pineapple soda bottle on top of the fridge, the TV screen was broken, a few black hairs in the bath tub, and still had a dirty wash cloth hanging up to dry. The beds were made, so at least some attempt had been made to clean the room, but the condition was not at all acceptable. We called down to the front desk and was told "we'll give you a new room. Maybe they didn't clean the room like they were supposed to." No apologies, no offer to upgrade, nothing but "oh we'll switch it" as if this is a common occurrence. My level of confidence in the sanitation of the rooms is very low. Even in non-COVID times, I would have been dissatisfied with this room. But in this time of COVID, there should definitely be way more attention to detail. I'm not saying we wont be back ever, but we certainly will be weary and consider our experience before booking again.

The staff was friendly and the place clean. Our room was comfortable and spacious. I was so glad to have a hot breakfast which was a real surprise. There really were no negatives. I will point out that the building is a little older. This means small halls, poor sound barrier and a small parking area. I would definitely stay again.

TV remote missing - front desk does not pick up the phone!!

Costumer service was excellent, everything was very clean enjoyed our stay. We forgot our sons’s blanket there and the receptionist was so kind to look for it and ship it to our home, so thankful to her.

The handicapped bathroom had a slanted floor. Very unsafe. Room 202. Tv screen was bad.

Location was perfect, need medical buildings and close to freeways

A NICE LOCATION AND CONVENIENT TO MD ANDERSON. WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER WITH A RESTAURANT ON SITE.

the parking was not very well organized an i was not told i could use my key to come in back door

Good size room, fresh and clean. Very well furnished and the coffe station is a nice treat inside the room. The downside is that one elevator is nor working, what make the working elevator be very busy especially in the mornings
