I enjoyed the easy check in process and the front desk staff

I didn’t check in at all I was evacuating from the hurricane ida and it was a lot of traffic so I didn’t made it I’m asking for partial refund at least because I have a Babie with me in the car and over 600 is too much that’s not a vacation is a evacuation please understand this situation and send me a partial refund

The Shuttle service is no longer available but is not mentioned on the website and the spa is closed on Mon-Wed. the days that we were there, and again, not mentioned until you get there.

Heard some unusual noises at night, motors, fans etc made it difficult to rest at night

The staff was great but unfortunately with zero food or transportation I would have stayed closer to the galleria to walk to food etc. I’ve stayed many times at the Omni pre Covid and liked it

Very clean! Taking many extra precautions during the Covid pandemic. Felt very safe staying here

Nice room, I can’t add more the rest is poor, forcing me to add more comments is a case in point

Bed sheets were dirty and pillow cases were stained. There was no blow dryer in the bathroom. I requested one but after 30 min of waiting I was told there was none available. The room was very hot even after adjusting the ac. Overall, the rooms are outdated.
