Breakfast was included but therer was no breakfast.

These staff are very friendly and the overall hotel is nice

Great time for a week stay loved the area and hotel

I was in a sprinter van , no parking available, would not fit thru garage... my fault should have asked it parking was available for larger vehicles

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It is in a quiet little area just a block or so off busy Richmond Ave. It was close to everything I needed to attend, and was marvelously comfortable, clean, attractive and quiet. I’d been traveling for over a week and this was by far my best night’s rest in the entire trip. It appears to be a very new property and everything was in tip-top shape, the staff was friendly and very proficient at their jobs. Breakfast was way above my expectations! I wish every hotel stay could be this pleasant.

The front desk looks horrible, when I asked for toothbrush and toothpaste, she said they run out of toothpaste and their toothbrush is very cheap. Very disappointed

I used to stay in that hotel but right now it’s under renovation. Paying 230 USD for a room having hot water issues in the bathroom and the tv area which looks non finished is a bit of a rip off

Great property everyone was very helpful. would definitely return

Reception lady wasnt able to help us , i am not sure about her name but she was joking with us 👇

I did not think a parking fee was appropriate. If I am renting a room at the Hilton a fee should not be an additional charge.

Room smelled when we checked in. Room size is too small and looks like everything was cramped in. Location next to men’s club makes it uncomfortable for families

The hotel has an odor that is very apparent, especially in the guest rooms of old pee. I tried 3 different rooms before settling. I bought Lysol and air freshners to get through our stay. Washing all my clothes and luggage to get the room odor out! The hotel staff was nice and supportive. The parking fee, too high.

I was there over the holiday weekend and my stay was excellent. The staff was great and hotel room was clean.

Just ok for me and my family, I was surprised the the very good reviews.

Why did they have to charge me 16 dollars for breakfast when others were having it for free. Maybe it's their deal with Orbits or because I eat too much. Didn't like being the odd one out.

One block away from the Galleria (Hidalgo St entrance). Large garage. Better to prepay parking and breakfast, as paying in site is way more expensive.

What was on orbitz was not up to date according to the staff, rollaway bed weren't available like it said on the web because of fire hazard. Now orbitz price was same as other website.

thank you for the feedback. during the time you stayed we were undergoing construction and we did not look our best. there should not be a time when we run out of amenities like that and we will correct that for future guest.
