When we arrived the room smelled like mold and mildew. The a/c was leaking and our carpet was wet the whole stay. I was disappointed that there no mini fridge or microwave in the room. I asked about the laundry room and the girl at the front desk suggested I go to the hotel across the street. The staff was very friendly and did their best to help.

No microwave or refrigerator in room a/c leaked so carpet was wet. Had a musty smell. Didnt get fresh towels until I extend my stay and that's because I asked for them.

Upon presentation the exterior grounds are poorly maintained. Shrubbery is overgrown. Upon entry, the lobby is clean and staff is very nice! The elevator and hallways are dusty and under construction. The rooms lacked basic amenities like soap. The counter was poorly cleaned (or not cleaned). It’s not a place that I will stay in the future. We stayed overnight for a couple hours. The staff are amazing, the hotel is not

Property needed serious work. A lot of the lights were out. And paid parking in Houston? Seriously?

I will never stay there again. Bad location and area. Old and run down. No shuttle to airport 5 minutes away. They call Lyft. Had to cancel as they were very late despite being reserved the night before.

The staff was helpful and the facility was very clean.

I was Overcharge for the wrong in the room was full of ants

Liked friendly checkin, plus SUPER friendly and conscientious shuttle driver, Tanya; also, fresh cookies and coffee and free bottle of water. Didn’t like: Very limited supply of towels ( only 2 bath towels for 2 people and only 1 hand towel and no wash cloths). Was not enough for us. Also, couldn’t make coffee in the room in the early a.m. because there were no coffee cups in the room.

A great variety in the breakfast, clean rooms and shuttle to Hobby International make this place a great place to overnight.

Great staff and easy to get to airport in time to catch flight. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. What sold me was the reviews, price convienance and free parking not to mention breakfast in morning-even at 5 am (it was bag goodies but nevertheless free)!!!

Staff nice. They took you to any restaurant or store within 3 mile radius. Clean. Close to airport. They offer cruise transfer but I already had paid for one thru my travel agent. They said it's cheaper to book hotel and cruise transfer together.

I knew this place was right off the runways, so I wasn't surprised by the airplane noise. What did surprise me was the constant road of the HVAC unit, which could not be turned off. It was so loud it was difficult to hear the TV. The bed and pillows were less comfortable than I expect from a Hampton Inn. Some replacements are needed, I think. In the bathroom, the shower head was broken. It worked OK, but couldn't be adjusted. I'm generally a big fan of Hampton Inns, but I won't be returning to this one.

Great location. We checked in late and left at 4 am for an early flight. The guy behind the desk was veryhelpful and friendly. Room was great, just what we needed

Extremely convenient to the airport and we really appreciated the airport shuttle which is personalized to when you need it. Rooms are quiet, well lit, and very clean - Whole place was clean. Nice pillows, towels, and bathroom. Breakfast was more than adequate with lots of variety. Coffee and fruit available 24 hours. Close to major highways. Staff very friendly and helpful. No in hotel restaurant but lots of places close by.

Clean, nice people, good breakfast

Checked in on a Friday for weekend work in Houston. The hotel is right near the airport, and is clearly a weekday business hotel. Regardless, the staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The only reason we stayed at that hotel was because we had such an early flight out of Hobby and didn't want to have to get up as early as we would have had we stayed at home. When we woke up we found the entire hotel was out of water. We could not take a shower and clean up before boading our flight to Las Vegas. When got to Las Vegas at 8:30 their time, we couldn't check into our hotel until 2:00. We hadn't had a shower since the day before. Not a good way to start a birthday trip! We won't stay at that hotel again.

I arrived late but my reservation was ready. Literally it took about a minute to check in. The room was clean, comfortable and nicely finished. I thought it was an excellent value. The breakfast in the morning wasn't fancy but it was tasty and filling. I would stay there again.
