There was an issue with the system and Katherine handled everything well. I did not like there was no help for her and I did not like that the next shift person Rachid did not have any type of customer service with the issues that occurred in previous shift.

I came here for a 2-night stay while visiting friends in Houston. However, I was disappointed with this hotel. The front desk did not communicate about parking in the garage on the side of the street which was easy to overlook. Carpet in the hallways were littered with stains. Website needs to be updated with COVID restrictions such as boxed breakfast, bars closed, etc.

The staff is very helpful and friendly.

There were a variety of things that went wrong. The fold out sofa bed hadn’t been cleaned in awhile or had sheets changes. Some bugs near kitchen ceiling. Barely any breakfast with some guests jamming their pockets with food and not leaving any for others. Front office people were couldn’t care less about helping guests. Staff smoking in front of the building. To top It off we saw that a car had all 4 wheels stolen in the parking garage. Definitely the worst Hyatt House I have ever stayed in. Will never go back.

It was a last minute stay and was pretty decent. For a room that sleeps 4, there was not enough amenities to accommodate that. Breakfast was not much and a bit messy but I get the reduction to availability due to Covid. There seems to be new staff so there was a long wait time to get answers for requests but overall, they were nice so i will be willing to give them another try in the future

They didn’t tell me I had to pay for parking until I checked out . Not coming back

The nice hotel clerk stood out with my experience. I let her know I was taking my nursing exam the following day & when I woke up she had left a special note underneath my door with great words of encouragement! She was my good luck charm! Im more happy that I passed!

The property is small but nice. Very busy for its location. What I didn't like was the lack of communication between management and the customers.

The staff was very professional, accommodating and nice. Checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The Room was design was set up to allow open space fluidly. Kitchenette, sofa, office area, bedroom. Area with closet and nice big window with blackout curtains if needed. Bathroom design very clean with room to move around. All modern and updated. The breakfast was excellent with omelets, fruit, healthy choices. Parking is gated for protection. Will stay again! Throughly enjoyed it and is located in heart of Galleria where you can get to anything and highway conveniently. Recommend for short long stay... you will be very comfortable and cared for. Can't beat the price. Call them instead of booking through internet. They will work with you. Great staff and management . Take work! ... to run a place so well. Thanks to all of you.

Everyone was really nice. The rooms were very clean and quiet.

excellent for business and short stays, very good location

I absolutely LOVE the staff! Literally every single person working there is soooo courteous, kind, and helpful. I come to Houston often on business and stay a week at a time. Best business hotel ever!

My favorite Business hotel to stay in for all my business trips to Houston! Kitchen and normal size fridge is in every room! Super close to everything but not in the thick of street traffic. The staff is absolutely amazing! Front desk service like no other! The free breakfast is awesome with custom omelets to order

Alot of pet owners staying here I didn't know until I stayed that pets were allowed. Will definitely bring my pups next time I visit!

The staff was wonderful; very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, well maintained, clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay (including comfortable beds). The breakfast buffet was amazing. Each morning it offered a variety of healthy, well prepared breakfast food and fresh omelets. The assortment was very agreeable to those who had special dietary needs and offered an assortment of foods for vegetarians, those who are lactose intolerant and also for those who need a gluten free diet. This was very helpful because of the varied dietary needs of our family. The fresh baked chocolate chip cookies offered in the afternoon were delicious and were a nice surprise.

This was such a cheap price I was shocked at how good it was. I stayed at Weston Oaks for a couple of days for business then moved here as a lower cost alternative. I expected a lower standard but it was actually better. Perfect rooms, so convenient, clean and private. I will definitely return
