The front desk was rude during the check in and check out process

Stayed here many times. A clean room. Comfortable and great location.

Lots of Nicole and diming. The restaurant was extremely overpriced for mediocre food.

I have stayed several times there. This time there was roaches literally greeting you. I got 2 rooms. They had the same problem with roaches. Not only did they switch them to another room. That room also had roaches. They went to stay at another hotel. I opted to stay since I’ve alway stay there. My room had roaches. I just killed them. The toilet would not flush correctly. I would have to use the trash can in the restroom and fill it up to make sure everything would flush. I called and they replied it. I was there when it got repaired. They left and the toilet still not flush so I called for them to again. This time they replaced a part. Worked better but it need 2 flush. I also called around 3:30 to see when they were going to come and do the bed. They informed me the cleaning crew is about yo leave at 4. He will try to see if someone can clean my room. I ignored them if they are gone yo please bring me fresh towels. Some did come around 5. All they did is didvyhe bed and gave up towel. Did no clean the restroom. I was so disappointed. I gave alway Ed stayed there but it was problems over problems.

The experience at the hotel itself was great. However, there was no communication among the staff after my company called to ensure the hotel would come off their card instead of the one the room was reserved on. I was charged anyway, no thanks to a lengthy communication from my company, and what I was told when I signed in.

Good hotel for a good price. Rooms were clean and front desk was helpful.

Friendly staff; Tom was clean; however saw dead roach on elevator and room was dim.

Had to leave one night earlier and, since the rate was non-refundable, I asked If I could get breakfast or parking taken care of, since they were getting a paid room back to resell. Nope, no mercy. I guess that is what happens when a white person tries to get something from a mostly black staff. Could have done it, did not want to do it. Disappointing.

Super fast and easy check in with wonderful employees. Great room with cold a/c and quite enough to sleep during the day.
