Nice property but didn't get the room I reserved.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! There was blood on my mattress, rooms where old and and felt very unclean. Worst hotel I have ever stayed will never book again rooms look nothing as advertised.

The 3am loud music keep me up all night. The slamming doors all night. Noise was loud

Place and staff were cool clean didn't have an issue

I like the fact that the room had a full kitchen. That’s about it. Check in time was from 2pm until 2am. The man at the front desk called me about 1pm yelling and screaming that my credit card had declined and was I still coming. I told him yes, we were on our way and that I only used that card to reserve the room. I told him payment would be made upon arrival. He was screaming that I am supposed to pay for the room now!!! I told him when I get there. He called me 3 more times before I actually arrived at the hotel yelling and screaming was I still coming. I had to remind him of the check in times. We arrived at about 2:15, because the traffic in Houston was horrible, and when we got there, we waited in the lobby for about 15 minutes before he came to check us in. He was terribly rude and kept calling my mom Robert. How do you get Robert out of Sharon? The next morning, housekeeping comes knocking on the door before 9am. I open the door and she’s loud as hell speaking in Spanish!!!! I’m like, what the hell!!!! I don’t speaka the Spanish and she don’t speaka the English!!!! I just shut the door because it was a total waste of my time ( I had 30 more minutes before my alarm was to go off)!!! We went out and came back to the hotel around 12:45am and the people in the room next to us door key wasn’t working. No one was in the office or answering the phone. It was after 3 before someone finally answered!!! It’s a no for me!!!!!

Decent place to stay for a short period. A bit noise coming from he corridor as entrance door can't be shut properly. AC has blown some dust at first run.

We had a great overnight visit. Desk Staff (Omar and another gentleman whose name I forgot), helped us with our luggage to the room, since we are both disabled. The bed. We disagreed about the comfort,...I was fine, but my wife thought it was too soft. We both agree it was too high. I had to bring a stool from my van for my wife to get in and out of the bed. The side tables were a full 12 inches below the bed top. Coffee was weak! On opening, the food bar had problems. Waffle iron was turned off, eggs and biscuits were only room temp. Had to zap it in the microwave. Quality of toilet tissue was sub par...not soft at all. Many little penny saving things were obvious...not up to standard of other Wyndham affiliated hotels where we have stayed.

Very clean property! Great location, easy access to a variety of restaurants.

Close to restaurants. Sink and shower did not drain. My key didn’t work second day and I had to go back to office with all of my stuff. Had to be moved because first room smelled bad. Does not seem safe for single female traveler. Police car was parked on lot

Nice and clean. Very friendly. Grest complimentary breakfast. Awesome staff. Easy parking.

Very quiet and clean. Close to shopping centers and restaurants

Staff was nice. Room condition good. However, the rooms are very noisy -- you can hear drone from I-10 and your neighbor stomping around and knocking on the walls at 3:30am.
