It was outdated. The carpet smelled in the hallway.

From the moment you stepped in the elevator from the garage you could tell it was just nasty dirty and it continued throughout the whole hotel.

Very tired dark and smells musty. The elevators are damaged with tape on broken mirrors. The carpets throughout are dirty and stained. Now I know why this was significantly less than the hotel I had originally looked at.

Room phone was down so I could not do any room service. Requested room service in person around 8pm, and they knocked on the door at 11pm. After 9pm, please do not disturb guests without permission. Also, water was lukewarm (no hot water).

The staff was great, however, we found a blood stain on the sheets of the first room we stay in. In addition to that, the floor we was first assigned to smelled like mildew. However, when we moved to the a second room, it seem to be better.

Everything was fine except for $12 self parking - seems to be overpriced.

When I checked in the front desk forgot to give me fouchers for the breakfast I had paid for. When I realized I called the front desk only to have the phone ring over ten times before I hung up and tried again. It took four attempts before I finally spoke to a person. We had requested a late checkout. When I checked out the front desk did not give me a receipt for the parking that was charge to the credit card they ran for incidentals. When I went to leave a parking attendant asked for the “card” that was to allow me to open the gate. I did not have one. Since I had a late check out I was going to be charge for two nights stay instead of one. The issue was cleared up but could have been avoided if the front desk had been more conscientious in doing their job.

Elevator felt unsafe and made lots of noise while working. And we were in the 17th floor just a bit spooky

The hallway had an intense mold smell. Also, there was feces and urine in the toilet when I checked into the room.

,Convenient parking , no elevator delays, great breakfast buffet, very friendly staff.

Great stay, really enjoyed it. Wish kitchen stayed open later.

The air conditioner was not good. It was a little cold.

The price and location were what attracted me. I guess I can't complain about the condition. The room was clean and comfortable, but the facility is run down and shabby.
