Didnt stay, the room reserved was full of bugs, appered to be cockroaches.

The cleanliness was disappointing in the room. the bathroom sink had hair, soap bars were open, carpet was beyond needing to be changed

Nothing couldn't even park close to my room the owner let telling me I have to pay the office not orbitz

I haven't been this harsh to any review ever. This place is trash def not worth $90+ or the energy it took to bring my dog. It was out dated, smelt like mildew/mold, AC unit couldn't fulfill area, dead bugs on floor, wallpaper peeling off n hanging, light bulbs, flithy in many ways, also need to stress me +3 others visitors left at checkout with unknown bug bites all over legs, ankles, sides, groin area. Never saw alive bugs so figured it was bed bugs. This place is

This property was dirty. The WiFi was on and off. The pool was closed. There was construction going on. The person at the front desk could not help with much. Basically gave the answer that he just worked there and the manager would be in tomorrow. This hotel should have zero stars and not even be an option to book through Orbitz. The neighborhood is very sketchy also which was an issue since I had wanted to get out and walk. I called Orbitz to see if they could help me with all of this and they were not helpful either. Travelers beware this is not a 2 star hotel!

It was very clean and quiet. Close to Magic Springs.

Everything is excellent! Room was very nice and clean, appliances work as they should. And the owner and employees are very nice! Thanks!πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

It was good enough for the time I needed it. Very reasonable prices and friendly staff.

Good place to sleep and leave. Close to Magic Springs. No pool.

Room stunk. Shower head pops off while taking shower, pipe of shower head cracked both sides, bathroom floor flooded with water & bed bugs in room. No pool available, as was covered & not accessible. False advertisement completely!!!

The room was mainly for overnight sleep when we visited Hot Springs. There was some technical issues with online booking via Orbitz (Expedia), but the manager was able to sort it out. He gave us a jacuzzi room and it turned out quite nice. Amenities was better and room looked newer than expected, mattress was very firm, there was no window in jacuzzi room so we slept so well all the way till 8am and still thought it was 5am. Breakfast was ok (saved us time), we paid for the pool table but some balls were missing, plus there was not enough room to move around the table comfortably. Driving to central Hot Springs takes 7' (Magic Spring park is on the way). Overall it was well worth it.

your staff was very friendly and was able to accommodate all my needs the room was exceptionally clean extremely comfortable we were unbothered area was quietmy favorite hotel in Hot Springs

key didn't work in door. 2 trips to office then they just gave me a master key.. room was really dated as in the 80's. sorry but will not return..

Priced right for the value. Loud road that only quiets down after 3am, paper thin walls, horrible bed, and smoke in the nonsmoking room. It was about what an experienced traveler would expect for a cheap room in a resort town. We Arrived late and left early so it was ok. I would not recommend spending much time there.

This hotel served our purpose. We wanted a place close to Magic Springs, and we got it. The air conditioner was the only issue, as it didn't get the room as cool as desired in a timely fashion. Although, it was an end room, and it was a hot day in Arkansas. But we enjoyed our quality time away, and will do it again.

It was an alright stay. If your on a tight budget, I'd recommend this one and going to the breakfast that's included.

Found this to be central to most attractions and had a good outlook. Good value for money.

Very nice and clean, just a little noisy. Could hear everything going on in other rooms around us.

The room was very large the bed was pretty worn, the TV was tiny. While there was plenty of very hot water, every time someone in the building used water the shower water would come out scalding hot. The bkfst was typical sweetrolls, toast, cereal, coffee and orange drink. The Wi-Fi was mostly non-existent and when it worked it was slooooooow, made me wish for dial up. However it is located in the backyard of Magic Springs theme park, and close to the hot springs.
