Extremely friendly staff.

Great location on the Waikiki strip. Only negatives were the pillows smelled like wet dog, even after changing the pillow covers, the infinity pool is only for adults, and check-in took too long (probably due to COVID-19 rules). It would’ve been nice to have a family photo with the inifinity pool facing the sunset. They didn’t even allow us to use the pool chairs by the infinity pool to eat and watch the sunset with our kids.

The property is beautiful. They are Very strict on the negative test every 48hrs so make sure you are up to date on the testing If you’re not vaccinated. Would definitely return.

Employees are super friendly and professional. Loved everything about the hotel except for no air in the lobby we almost fainted during check in for almost an hour and the parking is way too expensive per night.

Great property. Hate that everything closes at 8 but one restaurant stays open till 9:00. For the price wish there was more stuff to do.

Thanks for great service.

Infinity pool and waterslide makes this resort stand out above others. Unfortunately there was no room service due to covid. I’ve stayed here many times and will always be my favorite in Waikiki.

Property was very busy. Would have preferred a quieter atmosphere but busy is to be expected in Waikiki. Beach outside of hotel had homeless individuals with site that remained entire week we were there. Not sure if permanent but was concerning for safety.

Although I rated exellent for this property, the dining within is quite pricey.

Paid good money to have an oceanfront room. Kids couldn’t go out and enjoy the balcony and eat cause it just smelled so strong of weed. Also no remote control found in the room

We spent this vacay to celebrate our 25th year as a couple and also bring our son to experience the Aloha spirit for the first time. It was a very nice surprise for the staff to leave us a note and a Kona cookie treat in our room when we arrived. We were also very happy the room was ready for us when arrived which was before the expected check-in time. We loved that we got be on the top most 31st floor and right in the middle with a spectacular ocean front view. We got lucky to see from the balcony sea turtles (Honu’s) swimming by. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The property is right in the middle of everything, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, convenience stores and transportation. The only downside on our stay was the fact that it got too crowded at times lining up to the elevator. There was really no 6 feet distancing among hotel guests and the suggestion to have 4 pax on a lift was not really followed at times. I wish there was someone enforcing this near the elavator area when it gets busy. The pool area can get too crowded at times too. I know we were given the bands to validate that we were hotel guests to use the pool, but I feel that even non hotel guests can use the facility because it was way too open for everyone. As hard as it is to implement this logistically, management should think of ways to make this access exclusive only for hotel guests. Overall, we still loved our stay and will come back to stay again.

Close to beach. Friendly service

Convenience, amenities, staff friendliness.

Beautiful hotel, great pool and beach, many options for food. Excellent location.
