Entrance to hotel is basically in an alley which is fine during the day but could be an issue late at night. Room had only a couple of hooks on the wall to hang stuff.

The hotel staff were neither welcoming nor unfriendly. A neutral welcome followed by a shock as I opened the room. The room rented was the deluxe Queen room. There was certainly nothing deluxe about it. Upon entering, there is a small landing for your shoes and then you are immediately met by the queen bed. The room is so small that there isn't even enough room for a small table to put the coffee maker or kettle. They are placed on the window sill. There is no room to walk in the room. The shower did not have a glass partition, but instead used an old mildew soap scummed shower curtain. The mini fridge is so small that it can only hold one bottle of water (These are not exaggerations). Also, I was told there is room service, but not room service menu is available in the room. These are all certainly gripes that one can get over ,but the most important thing about a hotel room is a comfortable bed. This bed was almost a laugh, but really a cry. The springs stuck into ones back, and it was as if I were sleeping on a trampoline. I feel so taken advantage of. One last detail, I was told my room would have a city view. Instead it had a view of the apartment building next door. Great job!

It was not what i expected of a Best Western. It was below the average of what i have come to expect of a Best Western.

small, cheap, fit needs. close to things but that is about it... will probably stay elsewhere next time.

I am not sure if I ever will stay in best western again after this stay.

Took about 30 min to find the hotel because in the back of the alley specially if you are looking for it at night. Hotel room is very small with no closet space but just clothes hook all over the room. I guess you get what you pay for. If you are looking for hotels just to sleep then I guess this will work.

Location is Very concenience. Just a few walk can arrive shopping centre. There is a button to close the light near the bed. Nice design.

Its a very chic hotel, how they maximize the building and the interior design is quite facinating i love the chandellier.but if your a big person its not recommendable to stay coz their room are tiny it isfit for asian traveller

I'm frugal so I tend to be easily impressed. With that caveat, this hotel seemed more on the upscale side. My only issue is that the hotel required a cash deposit of 500 HK dollars (perhaps because they don't accept AMEX). Hotels generally request 200 HK dollars.

good location big rooms and clean. 80s style but some areas have been upgraded

Shower drain was blocked. Otherwise, it's a nice little clean hotel.

The rooms are tiny, the toilet seat is fixed in a space to fit a person no more than 100 lbs. the washroom had a foul smell. The mattress springs were poking us. No place to even open the suitcase in the room. Overall not comfortable at all. No way a 4 star. Would never recommend to anyone. We also stayed at the south pacific hotel during our trip and it was a wonderful stay.

I had a great stay at the best western. I will stay there again on my next visit

Las havitaciones muy pequñas pero limpias muy cerca de times square .buena locacion
