Location is very good. It’s tucked away from main freeway but super close to aquatic facilities.

Our family stayed for two nights for my wife’s birthday getaway with our daughter. The hotel looked promising and the rates were decent. We were disappointed by the hack job drywall repair on the ceiling and the exhaust fan barely attached to the bathroom wall or the electrical outlet behind the night stand without a cover plate. But what really failed to meet our expectation was not having water to shower two days in a row. Wife was shampooing her hair and water just stopped. I never got to shower either night. We were refunded for both nights gladly. This appeared to be a regular issue although they denied it. We will not be staying here again and I hope for the sake of other patrons they address these issues.

Disappointed from the beginning. Hotel receptionist was very cold, not friendly. The hot water didn’t work, the tub faucet was loose, I had to fix chain on toilet to flush and no mention that animals were allowed. (My wife has asthma and pet hair creates challenges for her.) When checking out they couldn’t provide my bill or tell me what my charge was. They said I needed to contact the company I made my reservation through. Won’t be going back there.

They charge $100 to your credit card when you check out. After they check/clean the room they refund the money depending on the condition of the room or missing items. I don’t understand actually charging then crediting the card. Why don’t they hold card number until they check the room and charge only if there’s damage/theft?

It took them 20 minutes to process my credit card because they kept trying to use my expired cars i had on file with Orbitz. When I booked the hotel I checked marked that I would pay by credit card when I arrived. I never said to use the old card.

Mostly clean. Small and lumpy beds. Easy parking, and nice breakfast to go bags since kitchen was closed for the COVID

Room was spacious and had what we needed, but tub had some mold. Bed was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, coffee was good. Overall stay was nice.
