There was popcorn and chips in the fold out sofa. The bath tab was filthy and my socks were dirty from walking on the carpet. Worst of all, I was told by the staff when I checked in the night before that the airport shuttle ran every 30 minutes from 5 am to 5 pm. When I came down at 1 the next afternoon the staff told me the shuttle stopped at 11 am. I asked if they had a cab service they could call for me. At first she was reluctant, but then she was helpful after I complained about the dirtiness of the room. The biggest complaint was that a young man was coming out of the hotel As I was outside getting ready to check in. He had no shirt and look like what appeared to be blood or paint on his hands. He was followed out by what appeared to be hotel management and was told to stay off the property and hotel because he was not a paying guest. Through the years I ha e frequently stayed at this hotel when I have international flights and always had excellent experiences. This time my experience was negative.

We were very disappointed to find that there was no airport shuttle service on Sunday evening. We had 10 pieces of luggage - so this was difficult. We had to pay for a taxi. We were not informed of this - the website said there was shuttle service. This should be clear on the website about weekend services being without shuttle. Also, no one to help us once we checked in with with our luggage. The receptionist behind the counter, though, was very helpful and offered to store our two carts for the evening so that we did not have to take them upstairs to our room.

I booked mobility accessible room. Got to hotel, checked in, got to my room only to find open beers in the fridge and filthy couch with stained sheets, and not mobility accessible room. went downstairs to complain. got an apology and a different room which was supposedly clean but still not mobility accessible room, tv was not working properly only like 5 channels worked, bootleg remote which didn't work right. got up in the morning to get some breakfast only to find a line like 2 hours long to get some food and seating - very disappointing hotel, considering it has 3.5 stars rating, and great reviews. plus orbitz charged me $70 extra promising $25 resort credit/night and free early checkin and late checkout - what a rip off that is - the hotel charges $25 for late checkout and early checkin, so basically orbitz charged me $35 extra for late checkout and early checkin - orbitz you are ripping people off by not offering a clear explanation of the so called upgrades you are offering - FOR SHAME!!!

I spent one night solo. Everything was great. Room was clean. Quiet neighborhood. Very close to the airport

Front desk clerk was very accommodating as my reservation through Orbitz was notin their system.

Rooms or suites are very large, clean. TVs in each rooms, bathroom is spacious.

The manager was great. He went out of his way to help my family with a soiled diaper. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was awesome.

They have swans!!! George & Martha!! These swans are right in the middle of the lobby...so awesome!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. During our stay, the area surrounding the swans was roped off which was disappointing and disrupted the flow to dining area.

The hotel is actually great! Clean, we liked the pool, breakfast and managers reception, but I will NOT stay here again and will tell my friends and family not to as well because it sickens me they have two majestic swans in captivity in a lobby pond. Terrible.

it's ok. I will not be turning to this hotel. There is nothing to do.
