The property was clean and convenient.

This hotel is okay, but not what I expect for a Hampton Inn. The carpets and drapes are old and dark, making the place feel dreary. The hotel personnel were polite, but could benefit from better training. The hotel puts minimal effort into its breakfast, which left a lot to be desired, but it is after all free. My room had a refrigerator, but no microwave. I was told I could use the one in the lobby. All in all, I was comfortable for my one-night stay, but for the money I paid, other hotels have given me a much better experience.

My wife and I liked and enjoyed staying at this Hampton Inn because it is pet friendly. We were able to bring our dog with us while exploring the nearby beach towns of Massachusetts.. The hotel staffs were friendly, although there is mold above our windows. However, the hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable.

Heating/cooling system in the room never worked

They couldn't find our reservation and then they were not sure what to charge us. The bed Madea very loud noise when you sad down on the bottom of the bed, like a gun shot! Pool was closed! Our room was not serviced, breakfast was terrible, that's if you consider that breakfast. It was very late, in which I advised them of ahead of time. I planned on bringing my little grandchildren to the hotel with me and swimming and I told the management that ahead of time. They never told me that the pool was closed!! Very disappointed.

We reserved a King Room, were given a Double Queen Room! They did not tell us that the room was not what we reserved at check-in. We discovered it when we opened the door! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! And they still charged the same price.

There were only just enough towels for one shower each. The shower didn’t work properly.

Stsy was nice, bathrooms are small and the neds are a bit uncomfortable but rhe hotel was clean and quiet!

I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and this one is NO Where near Hampton Standards. The rooms are older and have a smell. You can visibly see that not a lot of upkeep and care goes into this property for sure. I understand that Covid 19 has an affect on the hospitality industry, but when you check in no one informs you that you only get housekeeping once every four days....Really? Not, "Oh sir if you need more towels or anything, please let us know"...NOTHING! Of course they do NOT say ANYTHING on the site when booking about NO breakfast being served either...Ownership and Management are using the pandemic to run a crap hotel, do yourself a huge favor and book at the Hampton in North Andover down the road, I have stayed there before and it far exceeds this disappointment of a hotel. I will NOT be staying here again.

The bathroom was very small. And the thermostat was not working properly

Elevator was slow Water bottles are so expensive. Overall, it is a good place to stay

Nice hotel. Close to Seabrook, Hampton Beach. Coffee is always hot. Good breakfast. Staff is exceptional both in housekeeping and front desk. Lots of food in the area. Geat place to stay. Thanks again to the staff.

The housekeeping and front desk staff were awesome. Very friendly and always helpful.

Worn, tired, breakfast staff didn’t seem to notice when things ran out or weren’t there...

Crack in sink, everything a bit worn, then no hot water for 7:30 am shower....not ok

Thank you for taking the time to provide some feedback on your recent stay. We are saddened to see your stay was less then satisfactory. We strive to make each and every stay as comfortable as possible during these trying times. Unfortunately, we have conveyed the messages across all of our booking channels about our operation updates such as pool closure and suspension of our hot breakfast buffet, and have switched to grab and go bags only. In addition, we have updated safety precautions in place for the protection of staff and guests alike. We are cleaning and disinfecting using Lysol products as part of Hilton's CleanStay program launched earlier this month. Hilton's CleanStay program states that daily housekeeping services will only be given if requested by notifying the front desk. There is a letter placed in all of our guest rooms stating this as well. We will make sure we continue to coach and train our staff to ensure this is not an issue with future guests. We hope that you will stay with us during more desirable times to see that this stay was an exception to the service with typically provide.
