Rooms were appropriate for a business trip.

Very nice room, but we were disappointed that the pool was closed and compared to the last time we stayed, the breakfast was disappointing.

The room was big and nice , people were super nice as well

The room overall was nice however the cleanliness of the bathroom was not good. There was mildew in the shower. I could tell it hadn’t been cleaned properly in quite some time. Luckily I traveled with disinfectant/ cleaner. Staff was pleasant.

My stay at this hotel was terrible! We were scheduled for six nights, but checked out after the first night. The tv in the room didn’t work, there was mold in the shower and the knob to the bathroom door fell off when we touched it! We told the front desk the next morning and they said they would take care of it while we were out, but when we came back that night they only fixed the door. We asked for new linens and sheets for the bed and were told that we would have to go back to our room, collect all our dirty towels and sheets, cary them through the hotel (we were on the top floor) to the front desk and they would exchange them for a clean set. That’s when we had had enough and decided to check out. Also the woman assigned to the front desk was always in the lobby watching TV and on her phone instead of actually at the desk which was just unprofessional.

Our reservation was not honored!! We called to confirm your clerk said on at least 2 occasions that there were no problems and when we arrived tired and wanting to get sleep before a 6:00 am flight that we should be pleased that his boss or owner had secured a room for us at another hotel. Needless to say I am and my wife is extremely unhappy with your hotel!!!

After booking a room weeks in advance, and calling to confirm, we arrived to find our room had been double-booked. Owner “graciously” (per staff) paid for a room in another hotel. As we had no other choice (out of state, rental car returned), we had to take this other hotel, which was not clean, and further from the airport. Unacceptable. Very disappointed, especially at the end of a long trip.

Good location near airport and easy access to get on I91.

While the gentleman who checked me in was nice, and i appreciated the airport pick up and drop-off, I was quite appalled at how unclean my hotel room was. Where to start? The couch had stains and crumbs all over it. While brushing my teeth i noticed the under sides of the sink weren't clean and it was absolutely disgusting. I almost vomited just looking at whatever it was. When getting into the bed, I pulled the blanket over and there was someone else hair all over it . The pillow case had obvious stains. All of this made for an uncomfortable night. I normally would have complained right away to the front desk but I checked in at midnight due to a late flight and I didn't know what they could do for me in a timely manner. From a quick glance the room looked like it would be clean, but its all in the details. I would not stay here again.

Great spot for staying close to the airport. Front desk staff was very helpful and professional.

everything was excellent.. even when it was other events in the hotel.... the staff made you feel welcome and relaxed
