Nice and quiet .. Friendly service

I needed to check in before three and they were very accommodating. The bed was super comfy and I liked how the have both soft and firm pillows. The shuttle was great and very punctual as well!

Arrived to find the bathroom dirty and lacking supplies. Bathroom floor was filthy. Air conditioner was set to the lowest setting and struggled to keep the room below 75. Kitchenette cupboard didn’t open due to it rubbing on the floor. No sheets or comforter for pull out couch bed and found the mattress on the pull out to be stained with what appeared to be blood. Thankfully the on-site manager, Justin, was fantastic and helped to deal with some of our concerns although it was evident the hotel was desperately understaffed. Convenience to the airport and rental car lots was a bonus, but this property is in immediate need of a deep cleaning and renovation.

Everything was good. Except the fact I was double charged for the room and I am still waiting for my refund.

John, the host was very nice and helpful. Poor signage on the building. I had to drive around several times to find the place.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. We stayed there the night before an early flight. We got a one bedroom suite. The kids slept on the pullout and we slept in the bedroom. Plenty of room. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. The free shuttle to the airport was helpful too!

I called the hotel to let them know I would be a late arrival. Upon arrival the only person on staff was overwhelmed with administrative duties and telephone calls. When I did get to my room, it was 78 and the thermostat was broken, it quickly became uncomfortable for sleeping. My non smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke. There is no ice machine in the hotel and the admin office was out, you must rely on your in-room ice maker-I turned it on and did not have any ice until the morning. Looking forward to morning coffee, the coffee maker did not work. I am a fan of Candlewood as it is pet friendly-time to move on.
