Clean bathrooms

I was surprised to stay at a hampton inn and have it be so unclean, especially during the pandemic. Everything just seemed like it was quickly wiped down. I found hairs on the toilet bowl, I bagged up our garbage and found a bar of soap stuck to the can, etc. It didn't help that all the furniture was really banged up, walls and baseboards looked rough, and there was caulk used it random places to patch things up. Such a weird experience. We typically enjoy staying at hampton inns but this was not a good experience. All the little things made me question if the linens were clean etc.

I arrived at 6:30 pm. My room was not ready until 8:30 pm. The carpet in the room was dirty. I went to bed at 10:00 and maintenance started banging on my door at 10:30. I finally answered the door and told them I didn’t ask for maintenance. They said I had requested towels but I had not. Then they realized they had knocked on the wrong door. It took me a hour to get back to sleep

The gym was not well equipped. Floors and carpet were kind of dingy.

Would have liked a more robust exercise room with more than 3 pieces of equipment. Would have liked an exhaust fan in the bathroom and separate doors rather than one shared door for the bathroom and clothes closet. Invest in morr comfortable mattresses.

The rooms were supper small.. Like OMG... I may not fit in here small. This is not a typical Hampton Inn. Looks like they bought another property and converted it. And the beds were not Hampton beds. Ours was very hard... like rock hard. Many other hotels around here. I would suggest one of them.

Clean and welcoming hotel and they guaranteed our late arrival

The property was clean enough maybe recently renovated. We stayed two nights. Our room was not cleaned during our stay even after I called to request our trash be taken out at least. The mini hotel trash cans always fill up so quick. Maybe they do it have enough cleaning staff. Many rooms were not ready for the hotel check in time including ours.

The evening staff were not friendly...and after many hours on the road,we could have used a smiling face. Our room was dated and small...bed was comfortable and breakfast very good. Day staff all pleasant. Convenient location for our travels.

The first room had a pool of water on the bathroom floor so after being given that room our children were given a new room. However, this meant that they were on the third floor and we were on the first floor. Would have been nice to have been closer. We also wish there were healthier options for breakfast. We ended up with oatmeal most mornings.

Hotel is okay. Price is good. People are very friendly! I would stay here again.
