Honestly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The staff were horrendous and rude and everything was closed (restaurant, breakfast, etc). Not as shown online at all. And there were garbage buckets on my floor to collect water from leaks.

The room sheets were stained there was hair on the brand new coffee cup no shampoo or conditioner hallway stinked

Perfect place to stay!

Be warned: this property will give away your reserved king sized room to someone else.

I had a conmfy clean stay.

Disgusting rooms - dark, dirty grout in bathroom tiles, peeling ceiling paint - maybe lead paint??, doors have metal strips to prevent break-in!! what kind of security does it have to warrant such measures?? Hallway ceiling tile are old, dirty and misaligned in may places. Sheraton should be ashamed of such products operating under their name.

Very dirty pool. Looked like the filter was not functioning

i have to condense this. Attempted check in at 3pm. Only 3 or 4 rooms ready. Staff was nice to upgrade a room. Get to one of the rooms & BLOOD on the sheets. Call desk to have them changed. Cleaning staff overheard talking trash about us to each other (we speak fluent Spanish so we understood every word) They said we were lying about the blood and so we stepped in and showed them (they were so embarrassed that we'd heard & understood them) at which point they had no choice but to apologize. The rooms on the 2nd floor were tiny. The sofa bed had to be manually turned around to be opened and fit. Room 232 had a broken cold water faucet handle when i went to wash my face i was scalded with steaming hot water. Called desk. Someone came to fix it more than 2 hours later. We used water from the shower to brush our teeth. Hallway on 2nd floor was hot and humid. TV in room 230 did not function properly all the channels skipped and twitched so you cannot watch a movie in peace. On 2nd day only 3 rooms were visited by housekeeping. Our room on the 3rd floor was not cleaned at all. Room 232 was left with ZERO towels (we were a party of 4) and we had to call the front desk for towels after a long late night at amusement park. Hotel seems to have been a decent stay back when it opened however it is lacking in MANY areas now. Big disappointment!

It appears they are trying to renovate the rooms but the quality of the renovations is disappointing. The deadbolt on my door would not lock because the hole was cut 2" higher then the deadbolt lock. The shower was a handicap shower head with a removable showerhead. The showerhead wand could not turn on.

Good location, bar and restaurant had good food and drinks. Decor was a little bit dated. Bathroom is small.

You could tell the Lobby has been recently renovated and is very nice. My room on the other hand, had black mold on the bathroom ceiling and in general the room and corridors looked warn.

I stayed at this hotel to visit Hershey park.. for the price I paid I was expecting something decent. Room was dusty, beds were horrible, you could feel the springs.. so unexpected not to find anything in the shower, just towels. No shampoo, no body wash. Etc. Also I stayed for two nights and they didn't change the sheets..regular breakfast that in most hotels are included with the room rate at this hotel is not only not for free but rather pricey...

close to hershey 15 min.warm staff, clean and equipped and excellent continental breakfast . easy parking.

It's an okay hotel, need more space for the bathroom

Did not pick up garbage until requested. Continues to request bath towels. Did not supply timely

We very much enjoyed our trip! The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful--especially in the restaurant. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed as well as fulfilled special requests. My daughter especially liked the indoor/outdoor pool. Friday night movie night by the pool! A novel idea!! :)

For the price it could of been a lot more updated. The shower was difficult to turn on the faucet keep spinning and nothing was happening. The hallway to the room looked like something out go the Shining!!! I should of stayed with my Marriott!
