The toilet seat was about to come off, and apparently there are long term occupants at the hotel. They got up pretty early and we’re quite loud. It just was not a restful place to be.

Convenient location

First I want to start out by saying the Staff needs a better system to keep track of the rooms they rent out. When we first arrived some guy was giving someone else room. We checked in left to grab something to eat only to return to someone entering our room and our keys no longer working. The room was beyond disgusting. My wife took photos to show the front desk and his excuse was he didn't want to document it because it would get the person who claimed to have cleaned the room in trouble. We left the same day didn't even stay and asked for a refund. He said he was putting down that we had an emergency and had to leave which was not true at all. Very disappointed in how the staff handled everything.

After previous issues with this place in the past, I was hesitant to stay here again but I am much more satisfied this time around. Aside from the cleaning ladies trying to get in our room at 11 (check out is 12).

The price and location is great. Unfortunately encountered a room downgrade with no price change and some bed bugs....

The bed was clean, but everything else was dirty (to include the bathroom- urine on the seat, something red-brown smudged across the bathroom door near the handle, and the floor tiles were dirty). The room also smelled like smoke, although it said it was a non-smoking room. The front reception area also smelled incredibly smokey. The two staff members I interacted with did not wear masks. I would not recommend the hotel, even at the price.

The room was filthy. There was someone else's hair all over the bathroom; in the shower on the floor all over the sink it was disgusting. They never changed the bedding, looked like a dried up pee stain in the middle of the bed and someone's sock was left behind. I requested a new room and the person at the front desk told me they were completely booked for the night and didn't seem to care that the room they put me in was dirty and disgusting. I requested a refund and they refused. Someone needs to report this hotel and have them shutdown. This is not something I would have expected from a red roof inn. I will never stay their again.

Rooms smell strongly of marijuana. Garbage on the floor, scratches and dents in walls and floors. Mold growing on the bed skirt, carpet not vacuumed. Even without the promise of extra cleaning due to Covid-19 that is the worst let down. The most disgusting hotel room I've ever been in.

Pet-friendly no additional charge. 24 hour coffee..

It's getting old and needs some sprucing up around outside.

Location is great - in a quiet corporate park next to a highway, only 20 mins away from Hersheypark, but not with Hersheypark prices :D An OK place to spend a night, but in dire need for cleaning

Basic hotel with all you need at a budget price. Staff were friendly and helpful, and parking convenient.

The cleaning staff was very friendly. The rooms were kept nice. Each day we were there, they asked to clean the room and restocked all of our needs. Would definately book more with Red Roof in the future.

A simple breakfast would be nice. Something more then just coffee.
