Except Morgan at front desk, the rest of the staff was not helping during a problematic stay. AC started to make noises and a burn smell started in the room. The manager refused to call us and there was not a free room to offer until next day. The room was not cleaned and we have to asked towels/shampoo/coffee two days. In the breakfast room, the person in charge was not wearing mask at all. The breakfast was very basic, some days there was not jelly or butter, there was not bread or bagels (at 7:00 am). As I mentioned, just Morgan, at the front desk, was willing to help you. The room and the hotel in general were nice.

Property was adequate for my needs. It was dated, in need of new carpet, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom roomy. I like the in room coffee machine. Wish there was an in room refrigerator. Room cleanliness needs improvement.

The staff was friendly and things were very good in terms of cleanliness and comfort, however the hotel needs some renovations.

We had a nice stay there over New Years weekend., while we visited nearby family. The hotel was quiet and clean. We will stay there again.

I was disappointed there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. We were woken up extremely early to doors being slammed . My son food a hair in his breakfast food.

This hotel was very nice. The room was very large and it was wonderful to have a kitchenette. We were fortunate that it was quiet. Staff was great and all services were fine.

Hotel was right off highway. Clean. New. Great staff. Perfect stopping place for our trip up to New York. We will use this hotel as our stopping point in the future.

I always have a good experience with Hampton Inn. No surprises!
