Never got to check in because they had the water shut off to the entire building and we were moved over to a Hampton Inn. That hotel was the worst I have pictures of everything. Ended up canceling and booking two nights at the Warwick near Central Park. When I complained to the manager and showed her pictures. She dismissed me and told the employeee at the desk to cancel my check in and give me my money back. Didn’t care that the room was not cleaned even though it was sealed with a label that said “Sanitized”. Her name is “Benny” and the man at the desk is Alex... who also didn’t care about my complaints

Great customer service

We had issues with the plumbing. Toilet stopped up however they changed our room.

Our heat didn't work and we arrived late, so once we were in bed we just used what we had to stay warm. didn't want to have to go through the dilema of changing rooms. I told the office the next morning and they simply said they would write it down and get it checked out, no concern about us sleeping in room that was about 60-63 with a 3 year old. It was ok for me and my wife not my 3 year old, but not acceptable for the price we paid..

Excellent service. Meticulously cleaned. Only complaint was guests allowing children to run the hallway after 11pm.

Fantastic hotel, great breakfast, staff, beautiful room, clean, etc. My only problem was the heater/AC had some error so could not change the temp or fan speed and it was too late/we were too tired to even care.

Close to casinos. Clean, quiet, no issues. Check in was busy at 7pm with one person working.

To start off, I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed and they put us in a room with 1 king and a sofa bed. Still going back and forth with orbitz and the hotel about getting some money back since they didn’t put us in the room that I paid for and reserved. Also, the room wouldn’t stay locked when we were gone so we had to bring all of our personal belongings with us anytime we left.

Clean, nice area, and close to the highway .We enjoyed the heated swimming pool , and the breakfast was wonderful.

Brand new hotel was very nice, large room with nice furniture and bedding, fancier than normal breakfast, back side of hotel faced on a nice wildlife preserve- quiet!
