My girlfriend and I celebrated her birthday there and it was magical—quiet, beautiful and just what we needed post-pandemic :). Also check out Joe’s Restaurant right in front—great food and huge portions at very reasonable prices. ❤️

Our second visit in the last two months. Great place to sleep and relax before going to the beaches, and or your round of golf. Restaurant across the parking lot called joes but other places as well in town. There is a pool, hot tub and gym. Plenty of space to lounge and hang out on property. It’s not the Ritz (which is just down the street) but it’s just right for our trips out to the coast.

I got to stay a night as it was my first time checking out half moon bay. The hotel was clean and liked the balcony area. Overall the room was good. But every time you used the water faucet or open the water to shower, the water was yellow-brownish. I had to wait to make sure the water would run for some time so that it would go away but water still looked yellowish even after the fact which didn’t make a shower pleasant. Make sure to check water when you arrive in case you run into the same issue. Other than that the stay was good.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable.

Easy place to get in and out of. Right off the 1 so it’s easy to get on the road to get to the beaches and into town.

This hotel was ok for our stay. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nothing special. Very basic and outdated but it was clean and spacious. We had a fireplace which was very nice because it was cold at night. Parking was plentiful as well.

Comfortable bed and linens— great quality. Clean, but dated furnishings. Very noisy, early and late: loud mowing and weed-eating of nearby golf course before 7 a.m., noisy hallways. I had a higher expectation at this price point. Staff was accommodating and service-oriented

Good hotel located near beaches, golf and driving distance to town. Hotel serves its purpose for visiting Half Moon Bay. The only complaint is the noise from the squeaky floor of the room above ours. Seems you can hear every step the people above take when they walk. Seemed to last for a long time while we were trying to sleep.

This is a great place to stay in half Moon Bay, away from the main strip area which is nice because you avoid all the traffic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

I stayed here a few years ago and loved it, but it’s really gone downhill. The bed felt like it was made of squeaky hard cardboard, the bathroom sink was broken, and everything just looked dingy. I did feel like they took COVID sanitizing precautions seriously.

Very basic and aged room, expected much more for the price.

No coffee provided in the room or lobby. We called prior to our arrival and asked for an early check in and was told we could. We got there and was told we had to wait two hours before we could check in.

No air conditioning, bad tv, ceiling fan just one speed, the fan they brought us had only one speed. Shower cap only at the front desk, and a horrible mushy back breaking bed.

Lovely location and staff was knowledgeable of the area for up to date information!
