This property is adjacent to a movie theater complex and a multiplicity of restaurants, which makes it convenient. The area is rather unappealing and you must have a car or uber to go around. Breakfast is mediocre (not for a lack of variety but for a lack of quality- very clearly cheap ingredients were the main concern). Rooms are adequate and unremarkable.

Great location and nicely designed for comfort. Minimal clothes hanging. Water spills out of bathroom glass-door. Nice breakfast served with strong coffee. Tap beer unavailable with free check-in coupon. Readily available taxi service.

Nice and quiet Hotel. Included breakfast was good. Nice area with a lot of restaurants next door.

excellent hotel and staff..I feel safe the room was very clean and comfortable..the breakfast buffet was delicious and free...good location with restaurants and stores around...I will be back there anytime I will be in tlajomulco ..I really recommend this hotel for business or pleasure..thank you

Our experience was excellent. I had originally reserved a room with two full size beds for 4 of us; two adults and two kids. I called the same day to see if I could change it to something else that would better accommodate us, and they offered and changed me to a room with one queen bed and a full size sofa bed. This option worked out better for us. Parking fee was waived by the hotel for staying there as well. Wi-Fi was included and no issues with its reception. Room was very clean and found the bed and pillows to be comfortable for us. Breakfast was also included and was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

So first I fly into Guadalajara and expect to Get to my hotel and relax, but that was not the case. I booked a queen for me and my fiance. I go to check in walked in and was not greeted the guy who checked me in did not make eye contact with me at all he just asked me for my name and to sign a paper. so I sign it I get my keys to my room I figure whatever I'm not staying at a 5 star hotel I can deal with it. I get to my room and see it is a double bed I immediately call back to front desk explain my situation and got hung up on the first time I call back and after explaining my situation again I get put on hold for 10 minutes. By this time my patience is running out. I go back down and the guy who checked me in looks up while he is with someone sees me and right away puts his head not acknowledging me. He then whispers to the worker next to him something along the lines of its the guy who called all this in Spanish which I do speak. So after he helps the guy he asks me what he could do for me I ask him why I'm in a double if I booked a queen he fooled around on the computer and said he didn't know why I told him I booked a queen fand he said he didn't see that on the computer so I showed him my confirmation and said "oh i don't have anything available for you" so I told him what he could do for me to make up for it since I had already prepaid for my 1 nite stay. The girl next to him whispered in Spanish "just give it to him" and what a coincidence there was a room me!

Great place to stay. Staff was very cordial and met our minimal needs. Would stay there again.
