They took my money and I didn’t even check in.

It stinks and the walls has stains and cracks.

It was black mold in bathroom, tub leaked and sink leaks. I will never stay here again.

Property is very old and dated. Pictures of room look new, but don't be fooled, everything is worn. Kind of a dirty feel, air conditioners have a lot of dust and look like they were put in around 40 years ago.

DO NOT STAY HERE THEIR SECURITY IS CRAP MY VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO ALONG WITH ANOTHER AND THE ON GUARD WAS SLEEP NO APOLOGIES WERE ISSUED NEVER STAY HERE!

Person at desk charged my card with a hold without informing me of the hold

Very noisy, thin walls, smelled like cigarettes, no hot water for shower, bad water pressure, lady knocked on door an hour after we checked in to see if room had been serviced yet today, woke us up. Sign says SPA out front, front desk had no idea what I meant when I asked for the spa. Will never stay there again.

Was upgraded through a suite overlooking the pool excellent

Overall splendid ,would do it again. Satisfied with all of the staff at Microtel and Orbitz. Can't wait to my next trip. The accommodations were awesome and would recommend to all of my friends and family keep up the good work.

Room had old worn furnitur, stained fabric chair seats and everything needed paint and updating.

Paper thin walls. Horrible.Never again. The price isn't worth the stay.

First I attempted to check in early and I was told it would be a $20 fee, I agreed. Then I was told your room is not ready, so why charge me $20? so I left and returned at the 3pm check in time. My room was not ready , but it wasn't too much of a delay. The lobby was beautiful the elevator was gorgeous, once I reached my room I was totally disappointed. The room was dark, mildew odor, and little to no water pressure. This just was not what I expected from a Microtel . When I asked to change the room the Owner Mr. Patel said no! " You booked on-line, I can't change your room." so no being able to find anything in the area I stayed, but never again.

Staff is great, I admit the walls may need a little more insulation, but housekeeping makes an effort to keep quiet and are very thoughrough in cleanliness and most honest! We've stayed here several times and plan to continue to stay. Family operated, with a big smile and a thankful heart. Looking forward to our next stay.

One thing they need to communicate with each other is when check in time is. The steps said 2pm another lady said 2pm and then when I returned almost 10 minutes later another lady says check is not until 3. Communication is key. You never know how far someone has traveled or what they are going thur
