I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice after reading all the prior reviews. It was a last minute decision. I was running late and had to call several times to push back my check and the front desk was very understanding. The room was way better than I was expecting. I enjoyed my stay and will try it again.

Basic

I needed a mobility accessible room. Upon arrival the room was not clean. We requested to wait for the room to be cleaned. After the room was cleaned, the room and bathroom smelled like urine and there were stains through out the room. You could tell the staff did not clean the room but instead sprayed the room with air freshener to hide the smells.

We liked everything about our stay. We came to town for Monster Jam at the Atlanta Motor Speed way. We had no idea ahead of time, but the hotel had been remodeled with a theme surrounding the Speedway. The sweet lady checking us in even gave us directions to ge to the Speedway by backroads with less traffic. I will say traffic is nuts at the turn going to the hotel, but there is plenty of shopping and dining options close by. The room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The pool was not open as of yet, but it looked as if they were getting it prepared to open.

The room and bed were great sizes. Staff was attentive and friendly. Location was great as well, near stores and restaurants within walking distance. The room however did have food stains and marks on the walls despite it being labled exceptionally clean. Overall it was a good stay.

This hotel is the so nasty and roach infested place ever. Checked 3/20/20 was given a room originally that was not cleaned at all. Then was given 424 had my family with me went to put food in the microwave and it was full of roaches. They were all behind the microwave, fridge on the wall every were. I went to the front desk in my nightgown and tennis shoes to get a refund at 12:16am. The night auditor told me I would have to contact orbitz to get my refund since I booked through the site. That was incorrect information. Left the hotel that night and went across the street did not get a call from the hotel manager or anything returned to the hotel the around noon and the front desk called Paul the GM I’ll upload the videos and pictures.

Nice property and convenient location. Close to several stores and restaurants.

Location cleanliness. Breakfast is early I had kids they did not eat breakfast was over when they wake up

1.The bathroon had a half roll of toilet paper. 2. Had to take the shower curtain to the front desk to get a clean non mildew curtain. 3. Toilet seat rocking almost fell off. 4. Liquid residue running down the front & side of the night stand. 5. Liquid residue running down the front of the bathroom counter. 6. Bathroob tub had hair & durt ring in the tub was not cleaned. 7. Room Coffee machine dirty & no coffee in lobby cause pots were being cleaned. 8. Window sill had stains 9. Sheet had orange cheerios stains. Not changed & was turned upside down to where the tag was in my face. 10. Could not sleep cause room was to dirty. 11. Fridge shelves were nasty 12. Bathroom floor was not cleaned. 13. This is the second time staying here that the room was not cleaned. Requesting a FULL REFUND!

Looked like a brand new property. Seemed clean and staff very friendly. would stay here again.
