It was a wonderful time!!! Staff was friendly..Got to do a early check in...definitely going back again and again!!!

The bathroom was very dirty, we can make the sofa tv to work

Door to hall had a large gap that you come see in the room from the hall area

Conveniently located near the Greensboro Coliseum. Staff was very friendly and our rooms were kept clean. Free breakfast was a nice perk

No water pressure in the sink, location wasn't great seemed unsafe.

I didn’t get to stay. I left after 30 seconds. The room doesn’t look like the deluxe suite that they described but a regular room. It’s nothing like what I see on the pictures. At this moment w am waiting on my refund.

We had to wait 25 mins for someone to come to the front desk so we can check in. One of the phones didnt work and the sofa had several stains. They didn't have extra pillows and no closet. Therefore, the iron board was prompt up against the wall with a rolling rack. The iron was in the dresser. Alot of the channels did not work either. I'm so glad i booked it for only one night.

I like everything about the property, but the bed. It squeaked and felt unstable to me when I was getting in and out of it. I would stay here again if the need arose.

No ice mech. working on any floor frist put on 3 floor with 35 kids from south am. Now the best part you should try to drive to the motel the last 100yd's looked like a const. road pot holes that my car would fit in POOR way to treat a cous.

Hotel was nice. Inexpensive which was good, beds were comfy and the pool was nice and warm. Breakfast was nothing special. Bacon was burnt, eggs were cold and chewy. They had really good coffee though which I appreciate! It was close to everything which was good. Overall I’d stay again!

The room was specious and clean, stuff was friendly. Breakfast was plenty and pretty good. They had some remodeling going on so I expected some noise but i didn't hear anything. We had a comfortable stay.

Comfortable rooms, helpful staff very clean . The hotel provided a shuttle for a small charge to go to and from concert in the area. Great no worry about having a few drinks and driving or navigating heavy traffic in an unfamiliar place.

When we got to the hotel, the young lady at the desk was in the middle of helping someone on the phone. She didn't look at us or in any way acknowledge our presence. When she was done on the phone she hung up and started making keys for someone, there were no other customers at the desk at that time. We thought we'd be patient, maybe she just didn't want to forget what she was doing. But she never looked up at us. While she was making keys, a woman with a few children came into the lobby from the elevator and proceeded into the snack vending area. Then they stepped up to the desk in front of the employee and she started tallying up their purchases in her head and then entered a number in the computer she turned to (closer to us) and completed their transaction before finally even acknowledging our presence. She was fine after that, but it seems she should be a lot more aware of what's going on in her lobby, especially at night. And much more aware of acknowledging guests as soon as they approach the desk. I don't know if we were being ignored or if she was just clueless, but it makes for a poor first impression.

The hotel was ok at best. Our biggest disappointment was the workout facility. The weigh bench was not functional, the stationary bike was broken. The Elliptical machine was not smooth and was wore out. The treadmills were in fair condition. On our third night in the hotel we had guest above us and we could hear them most of the night. The hotel was clean and comfortable with the exception of our third night due to the noisy neighbors above us. I would suggest if you stay in this hotel you get a top floor room.
