The hallways smelled like spray deodorant, the rooms were musty. The tile in the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned in some time. There were really nasty stains on the bedsheets. Water pressure was horrible. I took my socks off and my feet picked up dirt from the carpet. I understand that this property was under construction, but there is no excuse for this level of neglect. The staff was friendly enough but not what I have come to expect from Best Western on previous stays. It just didn’t seem like anyone in this franchise cared about guest experience. That being said, I understand the room rates I paid were incredibly low, but I chose to stay there because of the location, I would happily pay more if it meant I could have a less disgusting experience. Tip to the leadership: go back to basics and take care of what matters, your rooms can still be clean even if you’re under construction, and if they’re not you don’t have any business booking guests into them. Don’t try to save a few bucks on labor by using your construction notice waiver at check in as an excuse.

Construction mess all over the place, missing furniture, etc. The staff did their best to make it reasonable but could not give us a refund since we made the arrangements thru Orbitz, We had to sign a disclaimer in order to stay there. You really let us down on this one.

I was asked by the housekeeper everday of my stay whether I wanted my room cleaned or not. The hotel was going through some sort of renovation but the debris/dirt everywhere. Will not stay there again.

It was a nice stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms. They did not have a shuttle from airport but they arranged a cab ride to and from the hotel and paid for it. Everything was as described on the listing. I would stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Overall the hotel is good, room was clean and they offer a hot breakfast. You can ask for a bag to go which contains a water bottle, breakfast bar, raisins and an apple. Staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel itself is older and needs an update. The tissue and toilet paper was rough and the a/c system is old. The worst part was there was little water pressure in the shower.

Older hotel in need of a lot of updating. On the plus side, the hotel staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent and beds were comfortable. On the minus side, the hotel is basically run down. Carpeting is old and fairly dirty, both in hallways and the room. Room furniture was average. TV in room did not work. Only one of the two computers in business office was set up for printing. Workout room has two older treadmills, a stairstepper and some weights. But towels, water dispenser were not available. Carpeting in workout area is dirty. Would not recommend this hotel in light of numerous other hotels in same area with reasonable prices.

The hotel was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was awesome! There were a few restaurants close by so finding food was no problem. I would definitely stay again and I would recommend someone else to stay as well.

The hotel was conviently located for our needs. Breakfast room was nice as was the attendant. House keeping may need some attention as our room was partially attended one day and skipped another. This was on a seven day stay. Our TV cable service was upgraded mid week which was a great improvement and greatly appreciated. For the cost, it was an OK experience.

Booked last minute and thats not normally a stay. I ended up getting in at 4:30AM. I had called and let them know and the desk staff was very nice and helpful and had me ready to go in. The room was a handicap room and needed maintenance.in the shower and was missing some stuff in the room. I think if I had arrived earlier the staff would have taken care of things in the room.

Great location, easy to find and get to. Upon checkout I wasn't sure if I was at a high school dance full of wall flowers or at the front desk trying to check in. There were two staff there and neither one said a word but seemed to acknowledge me in body language (one was counting cash at the main register, the other waiting on that person to finish). I don't need pampering by an means, but it seems to me good customer service would be to great your guests with a smile or a welcome or hello. They weren't rude at all, just non-communicative. There were probably not more than 20 guests there overnight but I got a room on the side closest to the airliner approach to the airport. I was tired so it wasn't a bad night's rest, but if I stay there again, I'll ask for an EVEN numbered room to at least get on the back side of the hotel to avoid noise. Place was clean and nice. Breakfast is your usual carb laden items and nothing to write home about. The morning staff was a little bit more engaging on checkout. I'm giving this a recommendation to a friend because I'd stay there again to give them another chance as well as try the even number sided of the hotel.
