Water park was great! Arcade was very disappointing. Many games out of service and prizes were pathetic. Low on staff. Upkeep of our room was poor-pull our sofa was broken...caved in and super uncomfortable! Our sink was clogged. Our door would take at least 3 times to open. Abs even then you had to pull up on the handle for it to open. The door #1 entrance never worked with anyone’s key card. Not convenient at all when you have an arm full of luggage and the door won’t open...and it’s raining.

We were not able to check in to our room until 2 hours after check in time (we were offered to use the waterpark in the mean time). When we were able to access our room our couch only had 1 cushion, the refrigerator and microwave were missing and the USB ports could not be used (due to the bring pushed into the wall). We complained to the front desk, who were very friendly, they changed our room and gave us 4 coupons for ice cream. The new room was better but was still dirty..... the lights had dust hanging from them, there was sticky candy ground into the carpet and the vent fan in the bathroom was clogged with dust. Not exactly what i was expecting for over $250/ night. The kids had a blast in the Waterpark though!

Great stay with kids! A little poorly staffed in the water park snack area but otherwise great!

I didnt like that in the pool area, the snack bar/drinks area was staffed by only one person. This poor girl had to make food, run and pick up food, deliver food, also while making drinks and covering the counter. So there was quite a few times the wait was excessive at no fault of her own. They are understaffed and had quite a few times that the slides were shutdown because they didnt overlap coverage. This facilty could be so much more profitable if they address a few issues.

Our family had a blast at the water park!

We had a great stay here, a little packed with people. Customer service was excellent.

Didn’t like that we could use the water park before check in but apparently it’s open to public and of course upon arrival the place is packed and we have no table or room to put our belongings. Was disappointed in that.

The hotel looks cozy and welcoming. The lovby was very clean and the employee was very helpful

Lovely place. Spacious. Fun themed. Kids loved it. Rooms are great size. The bed as you walk in the door was a little annoying but the price made up for it.

Had a Nice Stay, my son Loves the Water Park. I do feel they were understaffed. We attended the Packers Game on Saturday. Checked in after the game, it was smooth and quick. The rear concession area was closed Saturday night, hotel lost a lot of revenue. It was opened on Sunday, but only one employee doing all the work. She did an incredible job. Long lines waiting while we were there. The Water Park was busier on Sunday than Saturday, they had on-site birthday parties going on. No tables available!

Room was dirty, like the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. Half cleaned. Carpet stained all over, mattress had what I assume were urine stains. Shower took forever to drain, heat was impossible to find happy medium. Pretty sure I have food poisoning from the food. Been vomiting all night since getting home. We won’t be going back ever!

Great location and property but the restaurant and bar and water park were closed.

Lock was broke on the bathroom door. The dresser drawers would just randomly open for no reason.

Check in time was 4:00 but we were not able to check in until at least 5:30, which is 6:30 my time. We got in early to go to the waterpark and was told we should be able to get in between 3 and 4. Kids were hungry and tired from being at the waterpark and all we wanted was to go to our room eat and let the kids rest.

Fantastic, my kids loved it. the only not great thing was room 302 has a not so great entry door handle.

We couldn't check in early that was apparent. Don't try. We're were able to access the pool though. The line for the front desk is honestly ridiculous there were people sitting in a chair. My boyfriend was sick sleeping in line and we had to wait for our room. They give poor directions not only was I lost but I was learning about locker rooms with personal showers but the woman nor I could find where. It claims to have continental breakfast and that too is a expensive bad advertising should have never gotten out of bed. The bathrooms are unexpectedly lower standards of class but the cig burns were ok. The pool bar and game room are cool but the pool is not a pool. It's a lazy river a play shack a baby pool and a small pool where basketballs are flying at your head. My sink was clogged and I was charged 30 at check in another surprise for accidents and hopefully because my sink came clogged i will get my money back still. Ahh thought it would have been more

Property was fun for kids. The front desk sent us to the wrong side of the hotel for our room, there was hair left in our bath tub from previous guests, and our sheets had holes in them.
