Arrived with reservations in a cabin with two bedrooms. I was told that they gave it to another party. Had settle for a one bedroom with fold out couch. Only 1 AC working. Very hot in living room at night.

Carpet on floor was stained, curtains were white but were dirty. The sheets on the bed had old blood stains. The microwave was dirty with old food. The breakfast was not offered because of Covid they had a sign. The door to check in was locked and had to ring the bell. The receptionist sounded annoyed when i informed him i had a reservation. Definitely over priced for the quality. Would not stay there again.

It could have been a cute and comfy stay, but the landscape was ugly and the room was disgustingly filthy. Dirty dirty dirty during covid. How is this place able to stay in business? Microwave didnt work and had leftover food (looked like smeared ketchup) in and around outside. Also, there was a horrendous smell as soon as we opened the door from the room, which later we found out it was coming from a garbage bag under the sink filled by the people before us . There was someone elses long dark hair all over one bed and pillows. The other bed had stains all over the sheets. Not to mention the tweakers that live in the rented out rooms there were loud and up all night. By far my worst experience ever with a hotel. There were no rooms available at any other hotels within 40 miles or else we would have left ASAP!!!

Convenient location. Run down. No plates, silverware.

WiFi a bit weak in unit #17. Otherwise, just an acceptable motel at an ok price. Full service market, including coffee and pastries in the AM. Hot coffee or bkfst of any type did not appear in motel office by 10am. Otherwise, clean, comfortable, and quiet.

I was able to walk to several nice restaurant, grocery stores, movie theater and a pharmacy was near by also.

Our stay was enjoyable. The grounds need some work and the buildings could use a good paint job. I would return again to see if our experience would be better.

When you book a cheap hotel and with this one in particular, you can expect some bad things like thin walls, old appearance, etc. But there are SO many things that Nevada City Inn are doing wrong on top of this: filthy rooms, no maid service in your room when you are there for multiple nights, non-working WIFI, embarrassing "breakfast", can't find any staff, you name it! The manager was nice, but he obviously has no idea what he is doing and was shocked to hear that the cleaners were not coming in the rooms. Our family had multiple rooms so we got to see how far the incompetence spread. He needs to go inspect the rooms and see how much hair, cobwebs and filth is in there!

Great small cottage for 5 of us! Nice and clean amenities were good

They didn’t have any rooms for last night 5/18/18 so please credit back full payment.

Old motels can be quaint but this one is not. Poorly kept up, some what dirty and proprietors don't seem to care. One positive was air conditioner worked, which was crucial that weekend.

The room was a good size, but smelled musty and we could not open a window as there wasn't a screen. It was old and needed a little TLC, but basically clean. Had a nice gazebo for morning coffee.

our expectations were not met but the manager was very considerate.
