Dirty enterance, dirty steps to our floor (food wrappers),, room smelled like Marijuana, TV didn't work, bathroom moldy!!!! Really disgusting! Plastic wrap over the beds???

Nothing everything seem well tooken care of and the staff was very as well. For sure will be back for more night ! 🙂

High cost performance,Accept two adults and two children

Everything qas wrong had to change room 3 times. One toilet didnt flush and floor was dirty second room tv didnt work. Just horrible all around.

Pool wasnt open yet. Blood on the pillow case. Room reeked of smoke. Loud in hallway.

Staff was helpful in getting a room . and good price for the room.

I had a pleasant stay the rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly. I got a good deal on my room also.

I spend only one night in it out of three night and there was no refund

Upon arrival and check-in, I accidently dropped my wallet due to another guest barging into the conversation I was having with the hotel attendant at the window. WHen I got to the dirty room and began unpacking my bags, I noticed the wallet was missing. I went to the same attendant who checked me in and asked him to review the security footage to see who had the wallet. He became very defensive and told me it was my fault I lost my wallet and refused to check the cameras until the owner arrived the next morning at 7:AM. He also explained that I could call the police but they would tell me the same thing and would not be able to help me. I did call the police, who arrived within five minutes. In less then one minute,the same attendant was reviewing the security footage and they located the man who picked up the wallet. The man left the property with my wallet and turned it into to a security guard at an undisclosed location, approximately 30 minutes away from the hotel. The police went above and beyond the normal protocol and were able to retrieve my wallet with everything in tact. Although the hotel owner did refund my money for the remaining part of my stay, the attendant remained very nasty, giving me dirty looks every time I entered or exited the hotel. Thumbs up to the Grand Rapids PD !! Both thumbs down to the Knights in on 28th Street. If you need a hairdryer or iron for your trip and stay at this hotel, be prepared to turn your drivers license into the front desk.

If you prefer economy, then this is OK. If you are used to nice hotels, this is not the choice

It was easily the worst place I have ever stayed. It was so bad that even though I paid for three nights, I finally just left and went someplace else. I tried to find a room the first night some place else, but everything was booked. I would never suggest anyone stay there.I doubt the rug had been shampooed in years. There was one bar of soap for the sink and the shower, and the second day it was still the only soap. Just a dump.

Need to readjust its rooms add iron,coffee maker,new beds,and clothes hangers. And breakfast area.

The staff at this motel was kind and friendly, but that's the only good thing I have to say about it. The carpet felt spongy and damp. Despite posted no smoking signs, there were always a few people smoking just outside the door, and our room and the corridor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

Hotel was in good location and met our needs. Overall was a good stay. As always, refrigerator and microwave in rooms were appreciated, so was the free breakfast.

I first got a non smoking room but it smells very bad and I got a better one. these are just ok rooms but good value for money though.

This hotel is a place to sleep, but that is about all. Not very clean, but it works
