Close to airport

Nice hotel for the money. Chair was old and stained, but otherwise it was a nice room. The chair wasn’t a big deal, just not full smiley 😃. Amenities don’t get smiley due to fitness center being closed. I understand it’s because of COVID, but a disappointment nonetheless.

The hotel advertised that they had a shuttle to the airport but they do not. They called me a cab but didn't cover the cost, I had to pay. Also there was no coffee in the morning. Come on!!!

Desk attendant was uunable to tell me the directions to the airport. I had to go to a neighboring hotel to get that information!!

It was tucked away. There were some bits of paper on the floor from previous occupants.

Quick check in was not the room i booked on line. But it was ok

signage/directions to facility from entrance was poor, especially at night. Needs larger signs along entry roadway to facility. Our stay was very pleasant.

I was given a room on the first floor. When I asked for a room on I higher floor, I was told that was the only room that they had in that category. When I found out that they gave me a handicapped room, I returned to check in and asked for another room. I was told that, when you book through a third party, you get the cheapest room that we have, and that they were all booked up. The next morning, when I saw people checking out, I returned to the same check in person, Yananna, (sp), who now had a black male day manager standing next to her and asked for a non handicapped room on a higher floor, and Yananna was a completely different polite person who apoligized for the room and I received a suite on the third floor. Note, I am a Hilton Honors gold member. Also note that when we entered the handicap room, it looked as though it had been ransacked. All of the drawers to the dresser and nightstands were open all of the way and the chair cushion was on end. The bathroom floor level shower floor had a shower curtain that ended almost a foot above the floor, so water splattered all over the bathroom when the shower was used.

Hotel was very nice and better than most Hampton Inns.

Room was clean and comfortable. Kind, friendly staff. A good place to stay while traveling.

We weren't sure what we were getting ourselves into when booking this hotel, but the room was more spacious than we thought it would be and very comfortable. The location was a little difficult to find as it is tucked away in a small wooded area, but overall very pleased with the stay.
