I took my kids down to swim in the pool (which was the main reason we chose to stay there), but it was out of service. It ruined our stay there, because my kids were so excited about swimming in the pool. We would have stayed somewhere cheaper or more conveniently located if we had known that the pool would not be available.

Older property. Short staffed.

The room was very cramped, dirty, and outdated. The chair had the leather peeling off the entire back of it, there were hairs in the shower and on the bedding, and food under the dresser (cereal). They didn’t post anywhere while booking that the pool would be closed on a holiday weekend, the whole reason we paid extra for a poolside room. The staff were very friendly but the hotel itself a mega bust. We checked out early and went elsewhere.

The pool and slide were great! There's even a wading area for younger kids which is really great! The hot tub was quite a bit too hot, so hot that it actually made your skin turn red. Rooms have really nice large TVs, however, our suite only had one remote for two TVs. Other than that, the rooms were great and beds comfy.

Would never stay here again, the rooms are run down and very dirty. There were hairs everywhere and pubic hairs all over the bathroom. Also looks like they had a flood and repaired it cheaply and not completely.

This hotel appeared a bit "tired". Though room seemed to be recently renovated - the aroma and lobby seemed a bit behind in the updating. The most significantly suggestions for improvement: 1. help with the hotel smell 2. update the lobbies and common areas 3. need serious help with warm water delivery 4. elevator not working Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

During our stay thenwhkle hotel was without hot water. They would not give us a refund or credit if some sort because we purchased room through Orbitz/Expedia. Otherwise it was just OK

It was good. but there was no Internet, wifi was not working.

Clogged sink drain, plaster falling in shower & cable worked 50% of time. Hotel could not issue credit because it was booked through 3rd party. Not staying there again and not booking through orbitz again.

Hotel was what I needed and was a decent hotel in vicinity of the airport
