Cozy and clean.

The best part of the property is the deck at the bar with the fire pit tables. Only issue we encountered was we were told the deck was closing at 6pm so we were forced to go inside the reminder of the night, but other guests were still allowed to sit on the the deck until 9pm. That's never happened to us before. Otherwise the property is clean, check in is usually easy, service is decent, food is okay.

Beds were comfortable but definitely needs new pillows.

The food and service at the restaurant was good. The rooms are nicely appointed and at least our comfort king room was very child safe.

Beautiful room

It was nice having a reasonably priced dining option for breakfast and dinner on-site. Staff were friendly, if a bit quirky. Room was very nice and comfortable, and we didn't hear much in the way of noise with one exception. When people moved around in the room above ours, you could hear light thuds. This wasn't particularly distracting, however. Would stay again!

We were on the road side, not facing the lake. It was noisy but not the end of the world. On the plus side having the restaurant and bar there was very nice. It’s hard to get into a restaurant or anything in town because there is no help / staff. But we had both dinner and breakfast at this place. It was pretty basic food but all good and the service was great

Entry had overflowing garbage cans. Staff sitting around. I honestly thought I was at the back door, I thought now way was this the front. Well it was the front door. We had the deluxe king bed room 103. The room has a balcony with the kitchen dumpster below, the massive kitchen exhaust fan and employees smoking.

Wonderful area to visit. With all the fire activity and COVID issues perhaps not the best time to visit. The inn is clean and well maintained, and the staff was exceptional. Rooms were nicely done, but the use of hardwood / laminate flooring on upper levels made noise levels in our room borderline intolerable as upstairs guest were up virtually all night walking around and moving things. On site bistro is also very nice, with an exterior deck and view of the town/lake. Food was priced fairly relative to in town, but was average at best. A little disappointing for such a nice facility.

Super friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The restaurant on site is amazing!

Even though the rooms were nice and spacious, the beds killed it for us! Bed are the most uncomfortable beds we’ve slept on! Every little movement someone made on the bed, everyone would wake up because they are so loud. So so squeaky!! Old, hard and squeaky; never had a good night sleep, which it’s a shame because we would came so tired from Rocky National park.

The restaursnt food was mediocre and quite expensive. The staff was ok,but certainly didnt go out of their way to be polite or friendly. The heating system in the room was outrageous. The thermostat was like a spotlight shing in the night and the heater roared. The earplugs and sleep mask are certainly provided for a reason, but didnt solve the uncomfortableness. Wouldnt stay here again..

Nice hotel. Helpful friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Nice, clean, but pricey place to stay. The view was nice, but not spectacular. People working there were extremely hospitable. Food in restaurant was ok, but a little pricey. We have been told since that we could have received our retired military or senior discount had we made the reservation directly by calling the hotel. Because we booked through Orbitz, it could not be changed. Discount seekers beware--booking agents don't always have the best price.

This hotel is amazing and offers a lot of amenities with a nice and friendly staff. The room with mountain view and a balcony was fabulous. I have no complaints, we really enjoyed our stay... Just, the mattress was a little uncomfortable.

The staff, especially the bartender, was very nice and helpful. The rooms were not great. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and was generally just not very clean. The bathmat outside the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been washed in years and the comforter was very smelly. Once we removed the comforter from the bed, the room didn’t smell quite as bad. Maybe I have high standards? I’m not sure. I just wouldn’t call this place clean.

This was a 1-night getaway to Grand Lake for my husband's Birthday, mid-week, fun time! Nice summer evening, great bar/dinner/patio area, and even had live entertainment on a Tuesday night.
