Very nice and great location. Only a 5 to 10 minute drive to the south rim entrance of the Grand Canyon.

Very nice hotel, taking proper precautions. They have signs every where to wear a mask, but saw lots of guest not, and no staff inforcing it.

I could not get meals or drinks as everything was closed until 4 pm

Best place to stay if you want a more luxurious hotel right outside the entrance to the Grand Canyon and you can walk everywhere for dinner, shopping. It’s a tiny little town, but this hotel makes it a nice getaway.

Great decor. The pool had a lot of chlorine but I understand it is the COVID time and everything is done for customer's safety. I have one personal issue - no coffeemaker in our room, however the hotel offers complimentary coffee in their restaurant from 7 AM

Great location. Really nice lobby and restaurant in the hotel. Wifi was surprisingly really great. Unexpected given the remote location of this hotel.

Loved the location it was very convenient for the National Park. They did not have a good breakfast option during our stay and the boxes were expensive and not included in the stay.

Unfortunately my ratings came from the lack of basic hospitality. First, the front desk was rude. We arrived at 3pm and they would not allow us to check in one hour early. I'm sure our room was available because when we walked in it smelled stale like no one had been in it for a while/days. It was not a fresh, clean smell like we were waiting for them to clean it and turn it over. Next, there was 1/2 of a toilet paper roll, they were not putting out back ups because of the current pandemic. We asked for another roll and never received it. Good thing we had a box of Kleenex from the car! :/ Next, ZERO water pressure for a decent shower and I mean nothing! It was terrible. Don't get room 223! So, when we asked to leave a day early, we were told there was a $75 early departure fee. Talk about maddening. We wasted a couple hours of our vacation, called the front desk back and Robert agreed to waive the $75 fee. We were outta there!!! Its too bad the simple things of staying away from home could have been there for this hotel, but the staff culture of the hotel were too stubborn to accomadate their guests, THE BASICS! The Best Western down the road looked nice!

The staff at the front seat were very rude and the room was not clean. The top sheet had a stain on it and the bathroom has soap scum. The door In the bathroom had stuff on and when I wiped it down it all came out. Disgusting. I was very disappointed considering this place is beautiful. The restaurant was very good

Rooms are wonderful but don't waste your money for the breakfast buffet.
