We showed up at 5:30 PM and the told us they canceled our reservation because we didn’t show up at 3:00 PM. Then proceeded to tell us they did have a room but double the price we originally paid.

Very close to I 40, traffic noise didn't bother me, but may bother some.....

Great place for the price

We arrived and our rooms smelled terrible. The front desk person sent us upstairs to check a couple other rooms and said the cleaning person would let us in. When we spoke to her she was rude and very uncooperative and continued to be rude in every encounter. The facility is just ok, nothing to go back for.

Checking in staff was unfriendly. The gentleman I checked with was very friendly to all around , greeted them as they walked in the doors and asked about their concerns . The room looked nothing like the photos. Rooms decor was aged and our room was dirty. Especially the heat: ac unit. The room was non smoking and it smelled terrible . The Continental was none, coffee , water and juices was all.

The towels could use replacing or bleach during wash. They had black stuff on them the bed was horrible and the tub needed repair

Appreciated the fact I could have my fur babies stay with us as were on a cross country trip.

Absolutely terrible service. In all of my years of staying in hotels, I’ve never visited such a shoddily run place. Although with the Orbitz app, the place promised a pool, it was closed. When the woman in front of us can’t back complaining about finding food, dirty towels and a child’s toy in her “newly cleaned” room, the owner-operator just shrugged and asked if she wanted a different room, since they NEVER give refunds. When I complained that Orbitz had advertised the motel WITH a pool (but it was closed), she shrugged again and told me it was my fault for not calling them directly. They could not have cared LESS about customer satisfaction. And if they gave refunds, no one would have stayed there, because it’s a dump in a crummy neighborhood. Terrible overall.

Good location to freeway & to eateries, actually Cracker Barrel is right next door to walk to.

The friendliness of the staff, location to Hwy 40. Large room, with frig & microwave, desk for computer huge couch.

Couldn't sleep very well due to the air unit making a super loud noise every time it would turn on. Also found gum stuck on the wall that my son almost ate, and to top it off didn't even have the complimentary hand soap instead it was an open usted bottle of shampoo and conditioner.

Comfortable bed, clean and a good size room. 👍 Right off the main road and walkable to stores and restaurants.

We were driving a long bed dually pulling a 14' utv trailer with our sxs on it. Not only was their designated "oversized parking area" oddly located but regular cars were parked there. Hotel room floor was filthy...the bottom of our feet were dirty from casually walking barefoot in the room..other than that, a decent hotel for what we paid.

All amenities closed, due to COVID 19. I specifically chose this location, for reasons that I like that they offered breakfast. Then when I checked in the attendant was rude, very abrupt with instructions, and impolite.
