Overall experience was fine. Traffic a bit noisy throughout the night.

Ok

The property is fine. The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were open (meaning they weren't closed because of the pandemic or maintenance etc) and they were well maintained. The freeway outside the window was less than ideal, but we slept fine.

There was a domestic violence situation that I told the front desk about. I could hear husband and wife arguing extremely loudly next door. I asked to be moved and was told there was no space available. I left for dinner and come back to police in the hallway outside of my door arresting the husband. So I stood and waited before I could go back in. A pretty unpleasant experience that I tried to distance myself from.

The property is well located and has a nice pool area, which is a plus. However, it can get pretty noisy, between the thin walls and street traffic.

The free breakfast was terrible. You got a paper bag with donuts and two granola bars why even bother that was so embarrassing.

Nice pool and hot tub. The rooms were pretty good. The only downside was that the walls are paper thin, so you hear everything. We had noisy neighbors, and thus had a long night. But that is just the luck of the draw.

We were skeptical about the level of cleaning. Right when we walked in there was a child's you under the sink impossible to miss. So how could they have vaccumed? Which then lead us to wonder about cleaning in general. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The people above us were ridiculously loud. Even after asked many times by staff to be quiet. Eventually they settled down.

This is Flagstaff best kept secret. It’s like a mini Four Seasons. I was so surprised so reasonable. Exceptional quality sheets, towels, right down to the soaps and lotions. perfect size room, shower was perfect, roomy and clean. We will definitely be back. We’re staying at another one in Amarillo Texas. I hope it’s as good. This is how a hotel should be. The big expensive hotels could learn a thing or two from Sleep Inn.

The parking was not good. The front desk worker was great and went above and beyond to help out. They just do not have enough spaces when the hotel is at full capacity.

Property is clean , orderly, quite, staff friendly, helpful

Location. Convenience. Modern, updated rooms. Close to freeways
