This place was very nice and clean and the staff were friendly. I will be recommending to family and friends and next time I visit Flagstaff I will be staying here again.

Nearby train were fairly loud

One of the two beds had multiple black hairs. The towel holder in the bathroom also had black hair hanging from it. No TP holder, just a roll had to pick up and unroll. With a little TLC the place would be really nice. Central location, nice staff. Just poor cleaning….

This hotel was the biggest waste of money. Very noisy you can hear everything from the other rooms. There are no services provided unlike the booking said there would be. No coffee, no towels, no breakfast. Gross rooms, ridiculously overpriced. Staff not helpful at all when there was a party going on above us at 1am. No one available in the lobby to talk to or ny phone. I want a refund fornthis terrible experience.

Easy place to be, close to downtown Flagstaff and also close enough to the other side of town too. Need a car though.

I stayed in the double bedroom suite. A few spots behind the door were missed when cleaned (behind the open door there was some coffee splatter on the wall which is easy to miss) but the main areas looked clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the room was nicely arranged. I did not use the pool or laundry area. The hotel was quiet. I am not aware of any breakfast being made available. It is located within easy driving distance to downtown. There is a Fry's grocery store nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend the hotel.

Looking a little worn &tired.

We’ve had family stay at other hotels in the area, everyone had age against them, but Apsen hotel gets our top vote. Clean, updated, easy to find, and friendly staff.

Property was clean. However, the rooms could have been a little nicer for the price.

Would stay here again

Not a great walkable distance to dining and entertainment. Bathrooms need to have safety bars installed in showers and drying hooks for towels.

All unsatisfactory

Staff was great! Room, not so much. Looks like a remodel was attempted but done VERY poorly and I’m no expert in remodels! Huge gaps in tile, paint peeling, half completed wall patch jobs, uneven shower floor causing water to pool and remain on one end. Even questionable electrical outlet placement in the bathroom(face plate cut in half and bottom was flush with sink counter and directly next to the faucet). Could have been so nice if someone did a better job. Made the location feel dirty and rundown.

Very nice & accommodating staff. Had an issue with the room television and the employee was helpful and apologetic about the situation even without a resolution. Only “issues” I had were personal preferences, the bleach/detergent that’s used on the linens has a very strong and lasting chemical smell that was really pungent and irritating.

I like that thw lower rooms are spacious.

This is our go to, thanks(:

Right on the highway and railroad tracks. Trains go through all night long. Very loud heater.

The property was clean, comfortable, and in a good location.

Terrible sound isolation
