Property is always very clean.

It’s a great spot for the cost. I’ve been staying here for years. Would be be nice to finally see the pool finished/repaired.

Little run down.

My room was very quiet, clean and convenient to town.

Breakfast was underwhelming, but the room was clean and large. Didn’t have enough pillows.

A little noisy

I did like that the room (pet friendly) had hard floors. I didn't like that there was a very poor breakfast. Being at another hotel now, where there's a real breakfast with mask and glove requirements, I really don't buy what most of these hotels are doing with the lousy "covid breakfast." Also, the room was overpriced. And, the restroom in the lobby area was filthy. It obviously hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

Friendly staff

Thinking back, I guess we should have known better than to stay at a place called "Green Tree" so soon after Arizona legalized marijuana. But we needed a pet friendly place, which limits our options. We'll pay a higher room rate next time to avoid this spot. As soon as we parked in the only open parking area in the back and far from the stairs and our room, after the desk clerk refused to give us a first floor room because she didn't think we "needed" one (I was a woman travelling alone with a child, a dog in a crate, and some heavy luggage) we traipsed through the parking lot, up stairs (no elevator) to our room, passing roughly a dozen workmen lounging in the parking lot behind the hotel smoking cigarettes and drinking beers, then past a gathering of older people in the courtyard, also smoking heavily with an unleashed dog hanging there, who was a little too friendly and curious, especially as we were carrying a bunch of luggage and navigating our own (leashed) dog, up the stairs. As the night progressed, there were various gatherings taking place in several rooms and the place reeked of pot all night. Maybe some prostitution going on. Travelling alone with a child, I did not feel very safe. The place is also hard to get to off the freeway, as the intersection is kind of goofy. Not the hotel's fault, but also not great. We would definitely not stay here again, and would advise woman solo travellers and families who are not 420-friendly against this place, as well.

Was a decent hotel. Would use again

DISGUSTING! Ended up not staying the night. BOTH beds had not been cleaned, smashed up pop tarts in one bed and the other bed had smashed up cookies in it. Never seen anything like it before as a regular travel. Front desk kid had no idea how to be professional about it either. Horrible place. Go anywhere else.

Helpful staff. Traveling with a small dog, I was delighted to see solid surface floors in the guest room--in case of accidents. Good blinds allowed us to block the early morning sun, so we could get some much needed sleep. We stayed one night only because we were moving across country, and finding a hotel that was pet friendly was great. Spacious, comfortable room.

So quiet, clean, we family enjoy night. Dig freedom, location 👌 easy getaway

This is a decent hotel in a decent area. The room was nice but our particular room wasn’t cleaned properly. Toilet paper stuffed in the peep hole, loud annoying creeky door, and dirty floor. Not a good start but the staff was helpful for what they could do.

I loved it here it was perfectly located and loved how close everything was the room was clean and comfy definitely going to come back

Overall this was a good place for the price. The staff was friendly, although there was only 1 person checking people in and there was a line of 5 people the entire time I was there. We couldn't get the TV to turn on (not a big deal for us) and the light around the mirror went out the morning we left. We were on the bottom floor and could hear the people above us walking around. The breakfast was good, even with the new requirements due to COVID.

The hotel is clean, the beds is comfortable, and employees are very friendly.

Property was clean and pleasant. Getting a first floor room with a walk in shower made it very convenient.
