This is an older property. Rooms were tired. My room was not cleaned very well. Hair in the bathroom blood on the walls.

we had to pay for breakfast, then there was no parking spaces available after 8 at night so our family who also stayed at the motel had to park across the street at another motel. it was a popular hotel to stay in.

Basic amenities were supplied and the bed was really comfortable. Overall, it was an easy check in process and a comfortable and spacious room with close proximity to the Grand Canyon entrance.

We only stayed one night. Everything was neat clean.

Overall a great stay but there were 2 negatives, both of which could be easy fixes. It was hard to get ONLY regular coffee (as opposed to decaf) for my wife and myself so since they kept bringing 1/2 and 1/2 I was left to go out and find coffee for one of us every morning early. The worst thing was that the "hot" tub was only set to about 95 and with the temp in the evening around 45 it ended up giving us a chill in the tub that continued all the way back to the room (we were VERY close to the pool) and had to stand in a hot shower for 10 minutes to get over the chill. Hot tubs must be at at least 102.

like the trees inside of hotel, spa inside, restaurant was nice

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good as well.

Great location! Walking distance to local dining. There was an Elk having breakfast on a shrub near the pool. The patio outside of the pool is a wonderful place to spend some evening time.

Our truly only negative was the hot tub was colder than the pool. Our family and another family that was there tried turning the jet power on, gave it time to warm up, tried everything we had the ability to do and the temperature never increased. After a day of hiking at the canyon we were very much looking forward to soaking in the hot tub, one of the reasons we choose this place. Very disappointed by the cold hot tub.

Nice

Let’s just say I thought this place was going to be incredible because of the price I paid —-and the location- which was only maybe 2 miles from the south entrance to the Grand Canyon national Park. The hotel was just average -and there were several hotels in the area I could’ve stayed at for half the price- If your going to pay this amount you may as well stay at el Tovar right in the park

Great location, clean, super friendly staff. Nice pool, great food and service.

fast check in and check out

It was the perfect respite from camping and the hospitality was top notch, as was the room, bed, and breakfast. Special thanks to Roman fir making us feel welcome, informed, and at home.

Babtub had water on it before we used it. Called front desk and representative said was going to send someone but no one showed up. I think they do not care about customer service.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review for your recent stay with us. We all work hard to provide the best service and products possible and we really are happy to know how much you enjoyed your stay. Regarding the parking, during normal times we have several buses a night which means that parking for cars is not an issue. Due to the pandemic this year has been challenging in many areas. We apologize for this issue. We Look forward to see you the next time you visit the Canyon. Happy Trails
