I was very excited after looking at the pictures. I make my reservations on orbit. After a long flight and I get to the hotel they said am not in the system. The representative was able to put me in the system, when I get to the room the toilet seat was broken 😡, room was smelling bad. I think for a popular hotel like this, there service sucks.

The hotel did not know that I paid ahead of time for my stay. The hotel cleaning staff did not clean and cater my room properly for my entire stay. A lot of thing in the room was broken(shower head, sink head, safe). A lot of items were constantly missing in the room like (ice bucket, drinking glass, coffee cups, fresh soap, fresh towels rags, and mats)

I had to argue and fight for a room that didn’t reek of smoke also cleaned somewhat. This is by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Was told the restaurant was 24 hours however going down we were told we can just order appetizers at 11. The screen on the balcony was broken off, we kept the door closed however bugs/beetles still showed up in the room. There was black mold in the shower and a dirty reused shower mat that also had mold. Corners of the square sink was still dirty. The rooms were not consistent, first room that reeked of smoke actually had made beds with blankets, also table lamp. After requesting a switch the next room had none of those I had to call for 2 blankets and only received one after over an hour. Lighting in this hotel is an issue as well. Only the bath area has ceiling lights. Not sufficient room to pack away clothes especially for a room with 2 beds. I don’t see why they’d put a clear glass shower in the middle of a room that has 2 beds, obviously this wouldn’t be a couple staying.

Didn’t like the shower in the middle of the room, the pillows under the pillowcases look absolutely disgusting and unsanitary, stains all over the chair. Staff was friendly housekeeping was good just need new items. The gym was good. I never felt good about casino if you can do without don’t go to the casino. Just over price for old moldy furniture

Great hotel, great facilities. However some of the swimming pool towels had holes in them. The breakfast was great.

I travel about 12 times a year to all of over the world and this hotel is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I went to Guyana to visit family and this was my first time ever visiting. I decided to book this hotel for the weekend to get away from the country life with my two cousins. As we were by the pool side I have been discriminated against as I was here by the pool side manage "Tuna." There were business men throughout the entire poolside smoking cigars and we had been there all day and when Tuna arrived with his wife he told the waitress to tell us "locals must go all the way on the other side of the pool to smoke." When I approach the front desk to complain everyone seem to know nothing in fear of this manager. They called Tuna to speak to me as i requested and refuse to talk to me but instead walk passed me to go to the bathroom. This was one of my bad experience at this hotel. The next one involve the casino connected to the hotel. When I went I was told I required ID, I never walk around with my US passport on my person in any international country. I told the girl I just checked into the hotel and they scanned my passport can you not pull it up. She rolled her eyes and told me we are not connected to the hotel and we require ID because we don't allow locals into the casino. When I came back down to present my passport the next issue was my attire, I had shorts and a shirt on. At this point I was fed up and went back to my room. Never again will I stay here

The room was very comfortable and the staff were polite. I felt at home. I had an issue with the check out time, I spoke with the front desk supervisor and was able to work out a compromise that was more comfortable.

On any request at the front desk the answer is sorry; but no solution; to request a taxi ; you should go to the front desk and takes forever and prices ridiculous. I only had 1 day of hot water to take a shower, very noisy at night , very remote and unconvenient location; not a place to return. Very good the restaurant and breakfast is good

Huge improvement from last time I stayed here . Ramada has done amazing job remodeling the rooms and hotel totally upgraded . Same pleasant staff helpful and security is top notch.

The Hotel needs brushing up but overall the stay was great.Lots to do everyone well come.Family oriented.

Unfortunately the room and hotel was not as clean as we had hoped. We were looking for an affordable alternative, but found the Ramada to fall below our expectations.

the hotel is very comfortable. Check it could be a little smoother and the staff a little more interested in their work
