The hotel is in a great location, you can walk to just about anywhere in Galway from the front door. We took a tour of the Aran Islands and did some shopping in Galway. Everythying was a brisk walk away. The staff was very nice and helpful. We ate the full Irish breakfast and it was lovely, the little restaurant is very nice. The hotel is older and the rooms aren't in the best shape, but you get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting five stars so it was perfect for what we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location – walk to restaurants and stores and train station there’s even a hospital just two minute walk away. The Viator tour to Aran Island bus is just right across the street I got a room with a water view 305. It’s beautiful. The hotel staff is very friendly. When they heard we like to run, Sara told us a pretty trail which we enjoyed very much . without us Eve asking. They give us great Restaurant recommendations when I had it if she’s off how do used a huge liar and when the bathroom button doesn’t work they came up and fixed it right away.

Under renovation but rooms were great. weekend stay so no workers. Very nice.

Just off eyre square. Location is good for walking. Good food shopping and pubs close by.

Have stayed here on annual visit for 7-8 years. Location is great. Hotel is clean. Back of hotel overlooks the train/bus station, so you are really close to transportation. Eyre Square shopping center is maybe a two minute walk if you have to wait to cross the street. Price is good. Haven't looked elsewhere in Galway because I haven't needed to.
