Everything about this place was great, except the 1st night about 11pm, couple of kids out of all places sat right outside my room on the sidewalk and talked all night. Wanted to say something but had my son with me and he might need me, didnt want to go that extreme bc nobody has courtesy anymore. Well this generation. 2nd night oh about midnight, car full of yeahhh, were loud, yelling the N word at each other, I mean taking over the whole place, wanted to say something but again didnt wanna go to that extreme. Surprised nobody else called front desk. 3rd night was the only night I actually slept well. Guess its like the old saying, you get what you pay for. Other than that the hotel was great. Close to the beach, well maintained rooms, housekeepers were helpful. Etc.

Location is best thing about it. Dead roaches in room. Bad management.

The property was cool, but the bars of soap were way to small, the water never did get hot. And that too me was just not acceptable.

Thank you so much for review. As you know, Galveston became the hotspot for people to escape to from their homes amidst this pandemic era. Unfortunately, we cannot tell our guests how to behave but request them to stay quiet. In this case, the front desk did not know and a simple call to the front desk would have easily resolved this issue. For our property to receive a 3 out of 5 review because of how other guests act is quite unfair following a negative attack. Anyhow, we welcome you anytime and will try to make your next visit better.

I'm so sorry for your experience. We actually do our best in keeping our property clean and up to date with pest control. Unfortunately, being completely beach front, water bugs are a common issue and our front desk would have immediately taken care of that issue and given a new room.

Thank you so much for letting us know about your stay. I do apologize that the soap was too small, but that is the standard hotel size. For this reason, we have multiple bars of soap in the room and the office always has extra for our guests. As far as the water is concerned, our water heater is always on, but centrally located. The office would have gladly directed you on how to turn the knob to for hot water and if not, we could have sent someone from our engineering department to help you. Perhaps, next time when you stay with us, your visit will be much better. Thank you.
