It was ok, a little noisy

Older hotel that needs some upgrades. Our room had a leaky toilet, a very loud AC unit, and no USB ports anywhere in the room. It's in a great location and the staff was nice, but other than that it's very overpriced.

Location, Staff and Breakfast were all great. Showers had good pressure and were hot. Check-in/out process easy. The chairs in the room were unfortunately pretty torn up and more importantly way too big for the rooms. Minor inconvenience for an overall great experience.

Well-located to I-70.

The view from our room was beautiful. Front Desk services: Ms. Bethany was awesome very natural and courteous in her ways. In my opinion ...Janice and the rest of the front desk personnel look like, kind of very concerned about the risks of COVID restrictions with the interaction of guests which is understanding. But maybe with more proper training they could learn to interact better and more amicable with the guest.

Good enough for spending the night and have some rest.

The room was updated. The pet policy is very reasonable. And the restaurant recommendations were spot on.

It is close to the main junction, with easy access.and no more than 10 minutes drive to Copper Mountain. front desk agents are not friendly, not greeting guest when they arrive in general poor staff interaction. But the hotel is clean.

Location was convenient. Property needs lots of maintenance.

Starting to show its age. Front lobby and dining area are drab and general care for hotel looks like it has low standards versus other Frisco hotels I've visited.

Nice room, good heater, good location. Breakfast bar messy from early diners, no ongoing cleanup.

very convenient location, plenty of parking, no litter in parking/entrance

A quiet area given the season, Starbucks a short walk away.

The location was actually hard to find, as it was on a side street behind the entrance to the freeway. However, the parking was well laid out, with a side entrance to the corridor that serviced all of the rooms on the main floor.
