Easy clean

Older property but seems to be in the renovation process. On my way to my room saw several rooms getting new carpet and paint. Staff was friendly and had a restaurant/bar on site that was quite good. Stayed her previously and would not hesitate to have another quick overnight at this hotel.

The location was good. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking room. Friendly person checking in. I laid on the bed for about 5 minutes and was bit 3 or 4 times on my arms. I got a can of Zevo and sprayed the entire room. No more bits. A lot of things you normally have at a motel were not there: no hangers in closet, no pads to write on, no reading materials about things in the area, no pens or pencils to write with and fewer toiletries than normal. Also, limited hours for food service.

Simply and satisfying for our needs

I felt descriminated againt. There where other couple who wanted 2 talk to the manager but could not get to see her it was athursday and we where told that she was not goin to be in until Monday on monday she was suplost to call me it never happen .I try again . She never call.

The property is very old and needs updated. The carpet in the rooms and hallways are beyond dirty. Carpet needed changed 10 years ago. Overall the place is fine if you are not high maintenance. Walls are thin so if you get stuck next to a noisy neighbor you will hear every word they say. Short walking distance to airport is great.

My car was broken into and several items stolen even though it was parked close to the entrance. There are no security cameras outside the building.

Quite a few people were loud, drunk in the courtyard and smoking marijuana in the afternoon. They did quiet down by the evening. It would have been nice if these people would have chosen to have their drinking gatherings not under my second floor balcony.

I like that is was very close to the airport. I didn't like that it had NO shampoo or conditioner and only enough towels for one person there was two of us. Once we went to the front and asked for them. A very nice person brought them to our room herself. I am not a complainer but, it was very minimal. I understand we are in a pandemic but, at-least fill up the room with the items needed so we can have less contact.

Easy check in and nice staff. Close to the airport. Arrived after 8:30 pm, so called Picadilly and they paid for a taxi to come pick me up at the airport. The property is old and could use an update. Would be nice to have some cups, bottled water available in room. Also should provide more than one roll of toilet paper in the room.

Really nice and helpful staff, really all a bunch of nice people.

It was an older place. It hadn't been updated, The lobby was deceiving, because it was nice. The hallways, and rooms were musty and dirty. I didn't use the shower because it was such a yucky room The other guests were loud and inconsiderate. I paid way too much

It was ok. A bit shabby. The bed did the trick and gave me rest good enough for flight. I just dont understand why American hotels dont have USB charging stations at the desk and nightstand. The shower was great, plenty of towels. I wish the old school paradigm of TV, remote and fridge would be overturned for useful things like multiple USB charging ports, and plenty of towels. If any Hotel owners are reading this, Id highly recommend going to Lisbon, Stockholm, Helsinki to see how its done properly. Everything was OK at this hotel, but why settle for competent ? America is looking like a drab, run-down 3rd world country more by the year.

The place is tired, it is old and it really needs improvements to bring it up to modern day Hotel Standards.
